    ?? WARNING: H2K INFOSYS CYBERSECURITY PROGRAM IS A SCAM READ THIS BEFORE YOU PAY ??We enrolled in H2K Infosyss Cybersecurity program based on their marketing claims of top-rated training, hands-on labs, and job-ready skills. Unfortunately, my experience and that of my entire batch was completely different.The course quality was extremely poor. The trainer was unprepared, lacked structure, and jumped between topics without explanation. Most classes felt like someone reading slides rather than teaching. We received no hands-on labs, no SOC simulations, no SIEM tools, no Linux fundamentals, no incident-response training, and no real-world practice, despite all of this being advertised.The marketing/sales representative (REMOVED, who frequently changes names and phone numbers) pressured us to sign up quickly and offered a so-called discount from $1500 to $1200 which we later learned everyone receives. After payment, the communication style changed completely.When students raised concerns about the trainer, the company responded defensively. Instead of addressing the issues, they privately contacted students to prevent the batch from discussing problems with each other. Several of us felt targeted or isolated after expressing concerns. This behavior was unprofessional and raised serious red flags.When I requested a refund due to the poor quality of the course, the company became uncooperative. Communication became vague, dismissive, and delayed. They repeatedly avoided taking responsibility and discouraged us from filing disputes. Other students from previous batches have reported similar difficulties in obtaining refunds.We did not receive the training, structure, or practical experience we were promised. I am filing this review to warn others and to request accountability, transparency, and a fair resolution.

    I was a student for Salesforce Developer course. Already had Salesforce Admin certification, as well as some volunteer experience. H2Kinfosys didnt even ask for my resume when the course was completed. I did give it to them. Got no revisions, no mock interviews, and no job placement. My teacher was nice and smart, but he was not involved in any of the following procedures and had no knowledge of them. Also the course was not nearly enough to pass the exam. I requested a refund and was ignored. I was totally ripped off. AVOID!!
