******************** sent out Circa for Leak detection. Service Pro from Circa confirmed we had a leak looking at the meter but told us they didnt do leak detection and left. This was on June 4th. American Home Shield is telling us that they need to come back out to do leak detection and theyre saying they cant get in touch with us to set up an appointment. We called both companies and miraculously American Home Shield is talking to Circa but they never answer our calls. Theres a disconnect somewhere. Circa will not answer their phones. We call every day. We want ******************** to assign someone else but they tell us they cant because we have to go with their provider. This company sat up an appointment for April 3 2025, said they would be here between 10am and 2 pm and that the technician would call when in route. I work out of town and drove from ***** to ******* for this appointment. I also passed up a $1500 job to be home to get this plumbing issue resolved. I was doing things around the house and yard, but was very vigilant about having my phone with me and waiting for the call. That call never came. I tried for 2 days to get in touch with them. When I finally reached someone and asked for a manager, I was put on hold for ***** minutes. Ahe then came back and said there was no one available to talk to me. I told her I would continue to hold. She informed me that I was tying up their phone lines and hung up on me. I called back relentlessly leaving a call back number. I finally got a call from a manager that merged me with the President of the company. He proceeded to tell me that the text didnt say the tech would call. Which was a blatant lie. I told him to give me a number or email and I would send him the texts. He refused. He said my point was moot. He informed me that the tech was at my house and and took a picture of himself WITH HIS PHONE! When I asked him why didnt the tech call or text me to tell me he was on his way or had arrived, he said it wasnt the techs responsibility. He said it was my responsibility to be in the house and be listening for the doorbell during that four hour window. It was my fault for being outside. This company is trash.Initial Complaint

On 07.25.24 I took off unpaid time from work to be at home to let a plumber, *********************, into my residence from Circa Plumbing to correct an issue of toilet running. He did not fix the issue and was given notice it was not fixed within 15 minutes of his leaving and he did not return to fix it. On 07.24.24 I was given the original date/time window of 07.25.24 at 9-10 AM for the appointment by my landlord (see copy of the text from Circa Service which she received for appointment confirmation when she scheduled the appointment.) I made arrangements at work to be home at that time. I was then texted a different date/time window late evening (8:46 PM) on 07.24.24 by Circa Service with a 4 hour time window of 1-5 PM. I renegotiated the plan to leave work to accommodate the rescheduled time for repair appointment. On 07.25.24 I arrived at home from work at 12:55 PM and proceeded to wait for the plumber for approximately 1.5 hours. He arrived around 2:30 and left approximately 3 PM after replacing a part that was perfectly fine and failing to correct the reported issue. I discovered that the repair was unsuccessful, approximately ***** minutes later as I was preparing to depart to return to work. I immediately texted the plumber and called my landlord to report that the issue had not been repaired. I received no response from the plumber and my landlord immediately contacted Circa Service to report that the repair was unsuccessful. I was gone from work from 12:30 to 4 PM and missed out on compensation for 3.5 hours of work at 21.50/hour at a cost of $75.25 to me. The stress that I endured in attempting to accommodate the appointment and seek remedy for the failed repair cannot be assigned a dollar amount, however, I would consider justice in this case to be compensated $75.25 for the time lost at work. I have uploaded proof of the actions taken by me, my landlord, and Circa Service. I have also provided proof of my wages lost.Initial Complaint

I have a leak in my bathtub, so I filed a claim with my home warranty company on 12/6/2023 They charged a $85.00 fee. The technician came out on 12/7/2023 and determined that they need to make modifications to the hot and cold water pipes.The warranty company did not cover so I had to come out of pocket, $648.00. The technician fix the pipes unfortunately the service was inadequate. He did not seal the pipes properly therefore the water leaked and flooded the first floor ceiling. I immediately called the **************** 12/9 and he came back out on 12/11 to fix the problem. He also took pictures and informed his boss. The boss called me stating that he would send a contractor out to fix it. The contractor call and actually set a date and time to come to my home. Do you believe this person never showed nor did he call. The company will not answer there phone. I even went to there place of business which is a business ran out of a resident. Who does this!!!! I have not heard a word from this plumbing company since. Someone should be accountable for this neglect. It's ashame hard working people on a fix income are being are scammed. If your reading this please do not use this company's service. I have no idea how we're going to get this ceiling fix. No refund or compensation what so ever offered. I am reading through the reviews and wish I had checked the company prior to doing business with them. They assigned a technician name starts with a Z ends with and H and he was rude and unprofessional. The company does not follow through and they half do all work. I had a person mess up the sink and I called to have it replaced paid a ton of money only for them to never fix the sink at all and to leave my old faucet on leaking. They told me I needed to pay about 585 to have a garbage disposal removed, I foolishly thought they were going to take care of me. I was completely wrong. I have never felt so scammed in my entire life. I cannot believe AHS does business with a terrible company like this. If I can save one person the trouble, please read these reviews and stay clear of this company all they provide is low grade work at a high grade cost. Extremely disappointedInitial Complaint

This business serviced a toilet issue I had on December 6, 2023. All I needed from them was the paperwork which was not left. You cannot reach anyone at the business because it just goes to voicemail. I have emailed them three times with no response. All I need is the paperwork emailed to me for the service call so that I can obtain a deduction on my water bill. Such an easy request and no one cares to respond.Initial Complaint

In May our bedroom flooded due to our toilet pipe to the manifold in the bathroom having a hole in it. We put in a work order with our home warranty which took forever for the plumber to come out. After another company came and found the leak the plumber could now fix the issue. The plumber told us he would run the new pipe through the attic so it would be better to access it for any further issues. But he didnt! He ended up just sticking a smaller pipe into our copper pipe. Immediately we heard the toilet flush and a click sound started in the new piping. Within a day when you turned off the shower it was like the pipes were knocking. We called Circa but no one answers ever. Fast forward a few months later and now our sinks are making the same knocking sound when you turn them off in the bathroom, and the toilet will randomly make the same original sound of leaking like it did when it All began. Our home warranty company wants us to pay the fee to have Circa back out. But why when its the same issue as before, but even when we try to call Circa NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. On approximately 7/9/23, I contacted AFHW to utilize my warranty cover for a shaky toilet. They dispatched Circa who had come to my home on 7/11/23. The technicians name was ****. He diagnosed that my ****** was broken. He then lied to me stating that my warranty does not cover it and that his company charges $200. I told him that he could move forward with the repair. As he started the work, I looked at my contract & called AFHW. The rep stated that the ****** was covered. I told **** to stop the work because I was not paying being that it is covered. I told him that I didnt like being taken advantage of because I was a single mother of 4. **** then went out to make a report to AFHW stating that the damages were not normal wear & tear. When asked why, he stated because the ****** was not installed how his company does things. He was a real jerk who I had to ask to leave my home at least 3 times. AFHW sent another gentleman out who stated that the floor was uneven & the same ****** issue. My floor was just fine before ****. I contacted AFHW regarding this matter. They escalated my claim & allowed Circa 3 weeks to respond but only because I kept calling for them to correct the issue. *************************, a supervisor at AFHW said the claim was denied. He said that they had made the decision when I was on hold because Circa stated they didnt cause the damages. I told him of course they would say that but it is evident with the different info presented in the reports. I have asked to speak to someone higher than a supervisor on multiple occasions but have been denied access to do so. ***************************** does not value their customers. Please help me to get these companies to repair the damages caused by the contractor that AFHW sent to my home & by the technician from Circa. It is not fair or just for me to have to pay for their damages to my home. Thank you!Initial Complaint

A/c broken down on 9 July 2023. Called homeowner warranty filed a service work Circa service came out to service the A/c. Called back on13 July 2023 A/C not working again. They came back out on 18 July 2023. And said the evaporator coil was leaking. Till the day 26 July 2023 my A/C is still not working. And if you live in *************** the temperature can reach up to 100 degrees Had to send my wife to the ** because she was having a bad asthma attack. Called the homeowner warranty company asking who I is going to help with the hospital bill since the Services company Circa services **. Has yet to fix my A/C
