    I served as the Director of Global Recruitment and Talent Acquisition from October 2023 to April 2024. In mid-April, I took a leave of absence due to significant payment issues initiated by ***********************, the **** She failed to compensate myself and numerous other employees, effectively expecting us to work without pay. A week after my leave, *********************** laid off multiple employees citing "financial issues," with a promise to settle all outstanding balances by the end of that week. However, it has been 11 weeks since that assurance, and no payments have been made. This pattern of delayed payments extended to our entire international team, including those based in the *********** and *****, often for months at a time. Employees were frequently tasked with damage control, reassuring the team of imminent payments despite having no concrete information.*********************** openly admitted that she would not pay until the company received funds, prioritizing only her current content writers due to their essential role. Leaving the company without receiving payment equates to forfeiting any owed compensation. Despite having $250,000 in her bank account, as disclosed by her, she refrained from paying her employees from those funds. Instead, she used the money to cover personal expenses, such as her rent.Her actions demonstrate a lack of accountability, as she often ignored communications regarding payment issues. This behavior has been consistent, showing no signs of change. *********************** has repeatedly acted in self-interest, disregarding her responsibilities as a **** Her approach includes gaslighting and dismissing legitimate concerns, creating a toxic work environment. Given these experiences, I strongly advise against working for or doing business with ***********************
