    On November 21st, I dropped off my car at this establishment and made a specific arrangement with my insurance company to have a check sent for the majority of the repair costs immediately so expedite the repair.I was informed that the car would be ready within a couple of weeks, so I rented a car for two weeks.After I used up the insurance companies rental payments I was subsequently notified that the necessary parts had not been ordered or were unavailable, and the repair would take an additional couple of weeks, particularly due to the holiday season.I have been informed at least twice that my car would be ready for pickup, with the most recent update being earlier this week and was not given a date for pickup that they kept.I was also told that the car would be ready tomorrow, January 16th, 2025, which would have resulted in a repair duration of nearly two months!Upon calling today at 3:00 PM, I was informed that the car would not be ready tomorrow and that it would not be ready until next Friday, January 20th, 2025, due to the fact that it would be just going into paint tomorrow.I have spoken with the manager, *****, the adjuster, *****, and the appraiser, ******, all of whom were absent on Thursday, January 16th, and have not called me directly as they had promised to do so.This organization appears to be employing a bait-and-switch tactic, lacking the necessary expertise to complete the repair.Consequently, I will not be compelled to seek validation from a second organization to ensure that any work performed on this 2020 *** Z4 convertible was done correctly.
