    They have no intrapersonal skills. THEY HAVE REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR CAR.
    THE CAR STARTS BEEPING EXTREMELY LOUD “ONE DAY AFTER A MISSED PAYMENT
    This practice is APATHETIC AND DANGEROUS
    EMBARRASSMENT CAUSED BY THIS ACTION CAN MAKE AN ALREADY STRESSED PERSON TO DO HARM TO THEMSELVES OR OTHERS
    THEY ALSO SHUT THE CAR OFF REMOTELY A WEEK AFTER A MISSED PAYMENT
    WHICH IS OXYMORONIC IF THEY TRULY WANTED TO ESTABLISH AND GET GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
    THEY LITERALLY CUT MY CAR OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF ME WORKING BECAUSE I WAS SHORT $** OUT OF A $533 CAR PAYMENT!
    PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF RAINEY USED CARS!!! THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONABLE SKILLS, INTRAPERSONAL OR INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. FIND ANOTHER CAR COMPANY! AGAIN THEY REMOTELY SHUT MY CAR OFF FOR $** IN THE MIDDLE OF MY WORK SHIFT!!!!
    I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS!!!!
    THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR
    RAINEY DAY USED CARS IS THE EXACT EQUIVALENT OF A MODERN DAY
    WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!!!
    BTW: I HAVE PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, HELPING MY ** YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHO JUST STARTED COLLEGE.
    THE LIVE IN A WORLD OF HYPOCRITICAL DELUSIONS OF GRANDEUR.
    THEY HAVE NO ROOM IN THEIR DEALERSHIP FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.
    THEY GAVE ME A SO-CALLED EXTENSION IN JULY WHICH WAS NOT REALLY ONE BECAUSE I HAD TO PAY OVER $100 AND THEY ONLY GRANT YOU A FEW DAYS EXTRA,
    BECAUSE OF A JULY EXTENSION BEING PAID A FEW DAYS LATE (MIND YOU I WAS FORCED TO TAKE THAT MINEUT AMOUNT OF TIME BY DURESS BECAUSE THAT IS THE MOST TIME THEY OFFER.) THEY COMMENCED IN TELLING ME I CAN’T GET ANOTHER EXTENSION FOR “6 MONTHS!!!!”
    WHICH IS REDUNDANT AND CONDESCENDING ANYWAY BECAUSE LIKE I PREVIOUSLY STATED:
    THEIR EXTENSIONS CONSISTS OF PAYING UPWARDS OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND 7 DAYS AT THE MOST!!!
    I HAVE PAID RAINEY USED CARS UPWARDS OF OVER $3000 AND THEY SHUT MY CAR OFF REMOTELY IN THE MIDST OF ME WORKING TO EARN THE SAME $** OUT OF A $533 THEY AGAIN REMOTELY SHUT MY CAR OFF AND RENDERED ME STRANDED AND ALMOST JOBLESS FOR $**

    This company misled me so bad that's all I needed a car they told me everything I wanted to hear I asked the young lady at the office it was there a grace period for payment she told me yeah 3 to 5 days I make my payments on time they charged me $20,000 for a $4,000 car I was just that desperate though and they cut my car off on the second day of me not making my payment on the due date and I'm thinking like I always pay on time how is my car not starting after 2 days when I was clearly informed that I had a grace period at all cost so with them telling me that lie it cost me to lose my job pretty much getting an argument with the woman in my life we broke up and the crazy thing about it is like all because of Rainey used cars... I call customer service to try to get them to send me a code to cut my car back on so that I can go pick up some money or you know allow me to make the payment after I got off work because I knew I would have my direct deposit by then they refuses if I never paid them on time as if I was someone that they didn't like the representing me like had a personal vendetta against me as if I done something to him when I clearly was just a client and customer calling to get a better understanding of why my car was not cranking because I was never informed properly at all so collectively I see that it's a lot of people that have similar experiences it's up for all companies to operate like crooks...

    This company is a waste of time. They do nothing for you but get your hopes up just to drag you down through the mud. I had a vehicle that was promised to me. It was promised to be removed off the lot for me to purchase I show up to review the vehicle to be met with the store owner selling my truck to somebody else when I questioned her about it. Her response was oh I had a family thing going on and now somebody else is buying your vehicle so sorry telling me that she offered for me to do a test drive the vehicle, knowing that she was selling it to somebody else , that is completely disregard customer service and keeping your promise to the customer

    I wouldn’t recommend a high schooler to get a car from here. I could’ve took my $1200 and went to a auction. This place need to be closed down. These people wouldn’t care if you had an emergency where you couldn’t pay your car note in 3 days. Account Manager ANTHONY in Albany is Super rude. Miss one payment you have to make 3/6 consecutive payments in order for you get another extension if YOU HAVE TO. It’s 2024 we’re in a inflation. I really REGRET purchasing from them. I honestly thought about buying my car from them. This is the most terrible company I’ve ever had to deal and I’ve only dealt with one car company. I’m on the phone trying to make a payment and I’ve been hold for an hour SMH!

    Only had my truck 3 months call the get it repaired they told me I had to get it repaired my selt .I may pay for it tolled in . No one reach back to me .

    I got my car from raineys and in 2022 my car gave me trouble asked them to fix the problem….problem was solve 6 months later the problem happen again another motor was put in now I got my one payment due that want to make me pay 7 000 for both motor what can i do

    They are rip offs and need to he stopped I had a 2011 Honda and the total price was 14,000 a little over and I was paying 280.00 every 2 weeks but once I lost my job due to medical issue they wanted to charge me 580 a month for 2011 and would not work with me. My account rep was very rude no customer service skills at all I was new to the area and such a bad experience on my way back to Florida I don't like it here very unprofessional too
