    By far the worst business experience I've ever had. I hire them to do epoxy floors in my garage in my back porch. Joshua who come out to do the work completely butchered it and it looks worse than bare concrete. He even thought applying epoxy when it was raining and damp outside was a good idea. And when that epoxy he applied in the rain turned white he then blamed me saying that I forced him to do it while it was raining. He blatantly lied and threw me under the bus to cover his butt for everything that they messed up. This company cannot be trusted and should not be given a dime of your money as they will not give you quality work and have no desire to want to make things right or fix anything they messed up.

    Mr. Urban has completely lied about this and he knows it. The supply chain issues in America and several excuses from ******* ********, the materials were held up by about a week. This began his unhappiness with TurnKey Services Unlimited, LLC. The issue started when Mr. Urban wanted a special flake color is his epoxy and HE went online, chose the color and approved it. This causing the delivery issues. We kept Mr. Urban informed of these issues every step of the way and Josh was in contact with him every single day. Josh pointed out an uneven area to Mr. Urban and explained that flakes would highlight this area and be very noticeable. Mr. Urban's response was "I don't care, it's noticeable now." When all was said and done, it was very noticeable. Mr. Urban's wife came out and asked him why he ordered Orange flakes and he responded that they were red. (They did look Orange, but they are what he ordered.) After Josh left the jobsite one night, Mr. Urban took it upon himself to attempt to "fix" the problem of the area Josh warned him about being noticeable. All he did, in fact, was create a mess that could not be fixed without a considerable amount of work, time and money. Weather was a factor in finishing the job and he and Josh talked about this as well. Mr. & Mrs. Urban left for the day and told Josh "this has to be finished today or I'm not paying you for the job." Josh actually called me several times during the day about the weather and waited until it looked as though it had passed. Finally Josh did as Mr. Urban demanded. Josh instructed Mr. Urban NOT to close the garage door on the freshly laid epoxy and told him the recommendation was 6 to 8 hours and he would actually wait overnight if it was him. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out the longer you wait, the stronger the bond. Mr. Urban IGNORED instructions and closed the door on the freshly applied Epoxy and the bottom of the door was wet. The door then stayed that way overnight. This caused a very prominent, noticeable and ugly line. This was after we had finished the job and Mr. Urban refused to pay the agreed upon amount and shorted us. When he called the next day, Josh made an attempt to go do what he could to make Mr. Urban happy, which was clearly not happening. First, he cussed Josh, told him to leave and not come back around his property again. Then he, once again, called Josh, very apologetic and asked him to come over. He then told Josh TurnKey Services Unlimited, LLC was going to refund half his money AND redo the floor that HE messed up. Josh told him that was NOT happening and he would not try to reason with an unreasonable person and that he would not be back again. Mr. Urban created the problems he is now experiencing and he knows he messed up HIS OWN floor. He is scrambling to make us redo the job because HE messed it up. If he wasn't happy with our work, why would he want us to redo it? That does not make sense. Mr. Urban is looking for something for free. I believe had he not tried to "fix" what he thought he could fix, and had not gone against SPECIFIC instructions, he would have been happy with the end result. When you pay a professional to do something YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT, you don't try to do their job after they have left for the day. I don't know what else to do to help Mr. Urban as he is unreasonable. If he would like to pay to have his floor redone without flakes, we will be glad to do so with payment in full in advance. The only thing he said in his complaint that is true, is that his floor is completely butchered. The part he left out is that it was his own fault.

    In response to their comment that I lied about everything. It's hilarious that the company is so willing to lie and accuse the customer of doing everything. I did nothing to mess the floors up I never demanded a thing at all. I've had two other companies come out and look at these floors both have told me whoever installed them did things improperly from the very beginning. I have nothing more to say on this matter because anything I say will be misconstrued and used against me by this company.

    This company has even gone to lengths to delete Facebook posts that prove they did a horrendous job on my floors. They delete posts and block users to save themselves. Everything this business says is a straight up lie! I seriously cannot encourage people to stay away from enough.
