    I was charged $329.25 by Wordpress for a purchase I did not make on September 11, 2025. I did not purchase a Wordpress Business account and I was charged for this service. I filed a ****** dispute and Wordpress is trying to tell me that I have to cancel the dispute for them to be able to refund my money. I spoke with ****** and they confirmed this was false and that if I cancelled the dispute, then Automatic would not be required to resolve the issue. This appears to be a situation that the business is trying to get me to cancel a dispute that would remove their accountability so they would not have to refund me the money they owe me for a charge I did not authorize.

    I sent the requested information to ****************** I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter asap To clarify the situation, I did NOT purchase the WordPress Business plan on September 11, 2025, that purchase was an unauthorized charge made by WordPress.

    We have reviewed the details you provided. Please note that our company does not accept ****** as a payment method under any circumstances. All purchases made through our platform are processed exclusively via credit or debit card.
    The transaction you referenced (Transaction ID: ***************** for $329.25 on September 11, 2025) appears to have been processed by ****** and associated with WordPress, not with our business. Because we do not have the capability to charge through ******, we can confirm this purchase was not made with us.
    We recommend that you reach out directly to ****** and WordPress regarding this charge, as they will be able to assist you in resolving the issue and issuing any applicable refund.
    We appreciate your understanding and want to assure you that your account and payment information were not involved in this transaction through our company.

    Please cancel this complaint submission. This does not appear to be the correct Wordpress company that did the unauthorized charge to my account. I would like to cancel this complaint, with my sincerest apologies to this company, and I will re-submit my complaint once I determine which Wordpress company was responsible. 

    Thank you for your time, and once again I apologize for not realizing this was not the correct Wordpress.
