    I worked here for just over a year, and during that time, the therapists and administrative staff were consistently kind, collaborative, and supportive. They created a genuinely welcoming work environment that made it easy to enjoy the day-to-day aspects of the job.Unfortunately, my experience with the owner was not as positive. While she was pleasant at first, over time she became increasingly unpredictable and difficult to work with. There were periods where she would express frustration toward multiple employeessometimes saying things like, I dont know what I pay you foreven to those who did not work directly under her. This created an uncomfortable and unstable workplace atmosphere.After returning from a six-week maternity leave, I was informed that I could no longer continue in my remote position, even though that was the arrangement before my leave. When I cited **** regulations and my right to return to the same role, I was subsequently denied access to my work accounts and essential systems. This made it clear that I was no longer welcome to continue my employment.The staff and team members themselves are exceptional, but the management practices and treatment of employeesparticularly surrounding communication and supportwere deeply concerning.
