    Contract signed on 12/01/2023 First 25% payment posted on 12/22/2023 Second 25% payment posted on 01/12/2024 (promised that they will finished in 12 weeks if I paid)They only came 3 times to do the excavation (01/10, 01/11, 01/15)After 01/15/24, Nothing has been done until today. They were supposed to start the installation of the wall on Jan 31, 2024 but until now its not been done. We have been following up but they do not answer our call and will just text with a lot of reasons that delay the project. During the selling process, the owner ****** was very active, answered all my questions, he texted and called even at night he still replied to my questions and promised to deliver the pool in 16 to 20 weeks. After we signed the contract, I didnt see him anymore and he will just communicate through text. I tried to call him but he will just cancel my call. I asked him to dropped by the site so he could see whats going on but no response. He didnt even supervised his staff on site.We are tired of waiting for them to show up. The stress and frustrations they have given us. Its too much to handle. I dont know if they care for it, the way they responding to the situation, it doesnt seems like it. They think everything is ok and doesnt care at all. We would like to request a refund if they couldnt deliver the job. We also have a timeline to meet.

    Dishonest!They said our backyard (pool + landscaping) would take 3-4 months to be completed - it took 11 months and way too many arguments! (from Dec 2022 until Nov 2023!) The project manager (and owner) lied to us all the time, only answering the phone or text message when it was convenient. Their "crew" (2 guys) showed up a few times per week only - when they did (there were a couple of months when they disappeared!) sometimes arriving at 5pm to leave at 6pm. They had to re-do our tiles 3 times (the last time they ended up hiring another pool company's crew to do the job right). When we finally had the water in the pool, they had to remove the water to fix the lights (twice!) and tiles. We didn't pass on final inspection since the electrical panel was installed on the wrong place - which we told them the day it was installed. They had to dig the dirt all over again to fix it. They also installed a broken heater - that never worked and told us to call the manufacturer to get it replaced. Their crew is rude and dirty - leaving trash behind (cigarette butts, plastic bottles)! We paid for them to clean up our backyard and remove the bushes, branches, before planting the new landscape. They ended up throwing a bunch of branches over the fence into the Neighboors yard - which we had to pay for another company to clean up there! We decided to put turf on one part of the yard. We paid for the turf in April and it was installed in September only. During this time, they had to re-do the preparation 3x since they prepared the ground for the turf and disappeared for weeks - that happened until we asked for our money back - then they finally found time to install it. Overall the experience was TERRIBLE, frustrating and infuriating. They don't have any respect for your money or your time. Besides that the quality of the service is terrible. The crew lacks understanding of the word 'Alignment' - it's sad to see a beautiful plan with such poor execution on tiles and decking.
