    Worse customer service ever. They are full of excuses when it comes to fixing the unit. I currently have 6 leaks coming the new unit installed this week. The system runs non-stop for hours on end. Leaks are on top on the unit, bottom of unit, and where the filter box is. We also have a giant hole going outside that was supposed to be sealed but they didn't have any spray sealer for it. They used my old grut sealer the shrunk with weather after two days. Told them all of this but want to charge $100 just to come out because of it being after hours. But comes with 10 year warranty but only during normal working hours. The unit should be replaced with a correct and working one.

    We hired PAGS to run a gas line for our basement renovation. Not only did they forget to light the pilot light when the work was completed resulting in a cold bath for all family members including my 2 year old, we failed the in selection because they did not pressure test the line.When we called the team back to pressure test the line, they wanted additional compensation stating that what the inspector wanted was outside of code. I provided them a code reference, and they stated it was ambiguous. They still charged us via the GC.We had someone come by and fix the line. Afterwards, the owner called me and instead of apologizing for this frustrating experience, he berated me. Specifically, he accused me of calling his technician a "dick head." As a professional reasonable person, that's not a term in my vocabulary. Even if I had used that term, which I did not, it's not appropriate for an owner to call and fuss at a customer - ever. The tech, *****, gave no indication I had offended him in what he clearly misunderstood. I'm appalled.I cant imagine I would have received this poor treatment if I was a man. This is good ole' boy leadership at its finest and should not be tolerated. Im surprised given their many positive reviews. Unprofessional behavior. Nickel and diming. Do not recommend.

    I am sorry your experience was not as expected. After reviewing your concern, i see that Pags did forget to light the pilot light on the Water heater. Pags did immediately schedule a tech to come back out at no charge and lite the Pilot, but approximately 15 minutes later we received a call to cancel the appointment since your husband re-lit the pilot himself. For that we truly apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused. After reviewing the circumstances including the emails and calls, I clearly see my team was very helpful and respectful explaining what was needed. During the email conversation i see that We offered an apology and a discount to compensate for any inconvenience for failing to relight the pilot. Regarding the Work, We worked closely with the ** and worked out a plan to return and complete the needed work at no cost to you, but you called and cancelled any future appointments. Unfortunately after receiving word from my team that you we verbally disrespectful and used vulgar language to describe a member of my team i felt it necessary to call and discuss the details which you dismissed as hear say. I will always hold my team to the highest standards, and expect them to serve the customers with excellence. But i also expect customers to treat my team with the respect they deserve. I am always willing to talk through any details to see what we could have done better to serve as a whole.
