On Dec. 18, 2023, Peewee and ******************* with ********************************************* Management drove up our driveway and made an offer to cover a portion of our driveway with ********. We agreed and they did ******************** and we paid them with check as they were unloading machine to spray tar on top. Their machine broke while trying to spray it and they were to come back to do that part. We spoke with ****** before the first rain afterwards and told them we were afraid it would wash out if they didn't get the tar on. Was told they would be out as soon as possible After numerous texts and calls, they have not returned. The last conversation was with ******************* on January 11 (after I texted him photos of the rain damage) and he said they were going to come out and repair the driveway and spray the tar. He said "please have faith in us; your work is warranted and we will repair it by delivering more ********, regrading and spray the tar". He asked if it was washing in the spot it washed prior to ******** and I said "yes, and you knew that was an issue before putting ******** down and didn't do you job to prevent it '(we think spraying the tar would've prevented a lot of the washing). He said they were very busy and having problems getting ******** from the supplier and asked if he could get a load of ******** delivered until they could get here with equipment, could they dump it and where. I texted him photos of a spot next to the driveway where he could put them. No response. Next rain two weeks later washed ******** out even worse. Texted ****** again asking when they were coming out and reminded him he told me work was warranted. Said I expected him here that week since it wasn't raining. No return text. He doesn't answer my calls unless I call from a number he doesn't recognize. Texted him the last time on Feb. 14 saying since I hadn't heard back from them, I assumed they weren't going to fix the driveway. No response. Portions wash with each heavy rain and my husband has to use our tractor to scrape it so we can get in/out of driveway.
