    I would put zero stars if possible. Ive gotten behind on a payment and the disconnect notice said to pay before 4 pm to avoid disruption. I paid at 2:35 pm and they still came out and disconnected my service. When I called to find out why they said I didnt pay. When I gave them the confirmation of my payment they tried to tell me maybe its still pending with the bank you have to give it 48 hours to reflect. I find that misleading to have a written notice to say make a payment before a specified time to avoid disconnection and then say well you should have paid it 48 hours before. The customer service agent was going to ask to bill the disconnect fee until I said this and then he got an attitude and said they deal with this every day I wont have my water on until I pay. Now Im sitting here with small children trying to get them ready for school and we dont even have water to brush our teeth because he disliked that I pointed out misleading information. On top of that they charge $65 reconnect fee and the bill is $80. They charge almost another whole bill just to have some one come out and turn the nozzle back on! Its unfair that I cant even shop around since this is the only company for utilities in my area. With inflation and cost of living tripling over the last year they can at the very minimum have compassion for people who fall behind
