    The feed store sold me expired food for my parrot when I opened the bag I could smell that some wasnt right. You cannot feed a parrot bad food it could kill him. I paid ***** for the bag of food . It was purchased within a two week period . Ask to exchange it or refund me. No one would agree to purchasing bad food. You purchase it just to throw out. I returned it to them and they will not in anyone credit me. Or exchange.

    The product the customer bought was an as is no return product. This product was not expired but close to expiration date. This was made very clear to the customer before purchasing and she still wanted to purchase the product. The reason for the discount is because it was close to expiring. The total invoice amount was for $26.75.

    I am rejecting this response because the food had expired as of May this year, they are breaking the law. The food was bad and was returned to store. I no longer have bird food. Whether it was expired or not the food was bad. Smelled bad and bird would not eat it. Any reputable company would take it back and refund or exchange. It is important for public to know that if they sell bad product they do not stand behind it. I am asking for them to be honest and return the funds. Is it okay to sell bad food  as a final sale. I have put in bad reviews because I am being cheated. 
    The parrot I have my daughter spent thousand dollars for. Not giving the bird bad food

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am writing in response to complaint of Bliss Feed and Supply I was sold bad bird food on 7/20/25 I returned the food and did not recieve refund or exchange as I stated the bird food expired in May of this year and that is probably the reason for the company cant return to supplier. When I opened the bag the food smelled bad and the bird would not eat it my bird is 20 years old and I have been giving the bird that brand for years. I do know what it is suppose to smell like. The owner tried telling me that their sales are final . Of what purpose would a person buy bad food. My daughter spent 1,000 on the bird, umbrella cockatoo. In her statement she lied about expiration and I was never told if I purchased bad food I could not get my money back.  I have asked for a refund or exchange to not bad food. I feel my request is fair  I am ******* ******* at *********** or email *********************************
