              Date1/27/22 i went to this dentist.as part of the network plan of united Concordia dental plan turns out they were not in network pays 50% out of network pays 40% so i said to the manager that's about an ******* dollar difference the manager said if you give me the *******, we will except whatever the balance is from the insurance is. now almost a year later 02/15 2023 i get a bill for ******* so i call to find out what this **** is about. i brought up the conversation above she says he (meaning the manager) don't work here anymore and where a new company first i do not believe that the dental insurance was billed properly it would have covered a lot more. Along with the deceptive practices of this business. (Desired Settlement) I played my fair share. I feel that i owe them nothing. it not up to me if prior management did not bill insurance properly

              Tried to do unnecessary work. Wanted to do 2 crowns with 1 being a possible root canal.I needed 2 fillings in those teeth. Saw that dentist twice. Paid for service at the time of appointment. My insurance company paid them and there is 1 missing insurance payment. For 1 fist time visit cleaning and x-ray a couple fillings my bill after everyone has paid them is 559 00 I question I even needed the fillings I let them do.I'm working with my insurance company on the missing insurance payment and doing my research on the 2 filling charges. I found out about the misdiagnosis from my family dentist that did a crown and 2 fillings after insurance..the same insurance my total bill was less than 400.00.Sorry I saw them 2 times and glad I got a second opinion. Sunshine dental was trying to charge me thousands of dollars of work I didn't need.I thought my bill was paid in full at the time of service. Looking forward to having nothing to do with this place ever again. But unfortunately I have an outrageous bill to attend to now.
