    Bay Security supplied and installed a home security camera system, it has had problems since installation and can't get contractor to call back, E Mail, or respnd to fix problems.

    I completed this camera job on 3/13/2024 and was paid on 4/01/2024 there was only a 90 day warranty. The house was previously wire by another contractor and I supplied camera's only for this job.  This house has had previous problems with another contractor that also installed a camera system.  We cannot warranty due to weather conditions on the house nor can we warranty on the wiring by a previous contractors.  I have gone out previously last year due to a lighting strike and power cycled the system and he was satisfied with the cameras. Larry was a friend and a neighbor with my parents. I gave him a discount because who he was and he wired our house in 2009.  I have never had any complaints with the State, County or City.  I can refer him to ****** Communications who previously installed the system. They are the ones that wired for the camera system, we only provided the camera's that were installed on March 13, 2024. It is my understand that only 1 camera is not working out of all the cameras.

    I am rejecting this response because: First, I never had a problem with my previous camera system as stated by Bay Security.  No where on invoice provided a stated 90 day warranty.  I never had a lightning strike as stated but have had numerous problems since the new system was installed. Todd has been some what responsive but taking weeks to respond. This latest problem,  I have sent multiple messages to Bay Security with NO RESPONCE AT ALL. I just want my camera working  and was never asking for a freeby. This whole thing is POOR  response and management of a business. I was an Electrical Contractor in  Florida for 26 years and never treated a Paying customer like this. I just want my camera working, blaming it on previous wiring is bull.

    Larry when you called in May I explained to you my mother had just passed away. With no consideration after explaining to you that I would have to get back to you. The phone calls and texting was constant with verbal words. I will not respond to messages left like that.  You had no problems with the camera system after I installed it.  I only installed the camera's and I did not wire your house.  Walt Young can testify that everything was fine when the job was complete. I did go back the one time after a lighting strike and reset the power.    ****** Communications wired your house and installed the first camera system.  My questions is if you had NO PROBLEMS why did you contact me wanting me to replace the camera's. The system was installed March 13, 2024 it is over a year old.   It is not under warranty please contact ****** Communications or another company.    

    To respond to us about owning a Business for 26 years. You sent an alcoholic employee (Mark *********) to wire our house were we found flask in the walls and had video of him drinking on the job.  Recently ******* ******** Electric was here on July 30, 2025 were ********* electrician was shocked by the wiring from your company.  You  wired our garage/mother-in-laws quarters in 2008-2009.  Your employee took a wire from a 220v that was going to our well and used that 1 lead off to do the lights. Their employee said, "that was not code."  I did let ******* Reynold's employee know your name and that your company was responsible.

        I spoke with you in May, about you wonderful mom passing away on the 8th and gave you my condolences. You said you'd get back with me.  I later sent you a text about the camera,  no response.  I then sent you messages, " with words", that's how people communicate with no foul language on the Camera issue on JULY 11, 13, 14, 16, 17. 18, 23 and 24, with no response. I then contacted the BBB. I have spoke with other companies who say they never heard of this Camera system and not compatible with theirs. As far as to try to slander ESC. You have a green sticker on your addition, which was inspected after wiring years ago. I have been retired for17 years. Saying you have something on camera, at least YOURS work ! Why did you not ever say anything ? All a crock. I'm not asking for anything free. I've always offered you CASH as you know. The problem is not the wiring.

    The job was completed on March 13, 2024. The equipment was purchased through our Vendor ADI and I continue you use with every Commercial Customer I have. They have no problems with their system and no complaints.  I had referenced you back to the original Contractor that installed your camera system and wired your house ****** Communication.  I gave you a paid receipt where you paid cash and was reported to the IRS.

    Sincerely, I could care less about IRS or reporting, ****** Comm. has stated their cameras will not work with Your provided system. You order me a camera,  I'll pay for it, and have it installed.
