Dusan was a guide and source of information at first. This was a scary and difficult situation as a new roof is a homeowners worst nightmare. He came recommended by a family friend. When he showed up, I understood why he was so highly recommended. He had the ease of a best friend and wisdom of a true professional. As a skeptic, I had a feeling his true colors would eventually come out. They were there the whole time. Helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic and driven. Once he did the assessment and determine he best course of action, his team showed up 2 days later. They were on the roof for 1 day and half the next. They took extra care to not leave a single stray nail in the yard. We have two young kids and two dogs. A ***** nail to the foot was our worst nightmare. They were delicate, deliberate and a true professional team. Despite all safety measures and tarps, they still did sweeps with huge magnets for hours each day. End of the story, he got the new roof out on, got me a wholesale deal on new facia(wood trim) and even though they no longer produced the width my house had, his team took 1 wide prices and combined them to get the 2 width needed to match the rest of the facia. Couldnt recommend him higher, true professional that you can trust.
