  I have used Barbara Watkins to do my tax returns for a few years now and each year endured way too many unreturned phone calls and emails about when my return would be started and completed. Her lack of caring of when she will decide to pick up the phone or to respond to your emails is mean and down right unprofessional !!! She tries using excuses such as I'm too busy doing other returns or I've been sick, etc. etc. but there is no good excuse at all for not responding to calls or emails for days at a time! Each year she did my tax return it took many more phone calls and emails from me before she decided she'd get around to doing the return in her sweet time! I found a much more qualified ********* Attorney that has answered my calls and emails in a very timely manner that did this years return on the same day I delivered all the necessary forms and paperwork for less $ than Barbara charges. Loving My New Tax Preparer because they answer each of my inquiries in a prompt professional manner and for the speed of which the return is completed.

  I have prepared his tax return for years and was able to save him money in taxes owed.He does not respect my time during this busy time and would call constantly only to receive the same answer. Recently he called and asked again about my prices and I told him it would probably be the same as in prior years if there were not too many differences. Then he started emailing asking what the exact price would be without seeing his 2023 paperwork. He buys and sells many properties and has State tax returns.. My prices are very reasonable especially with 45 years of experience!. I am a sole practitioner and can not due same day service. I really concentrate on all the legal deductions allowed. Hence, I am called "The Diva of Deductions".
