      Ilan & Mario help me cut 2 small trees by my fence in My February 2023. No problems with the job. I told them I might need help cutting a big tree in my patio before hurricane season. They came by to ask many times during 5 months. In 06/11/23 Mario came and expressed he needed jobs to pay his bills. I felt sympathetic for his family well being so agree to hire him to cut the tree for $2,000. The price included the debris pick up at the end. When Ilan started cutting branches with a chain saw and a rope everything fall everywhere. Big damages to my other plants including half of my neighbors’ tree. They hit and make a big hole in my fence. My electricity line & cable were cu out. Ilan came shouting “call your utilities co and don’t worry they are not going to charge to reconnect your services”. Then they wanted to be paid cash. I said no and pay with check. He left me & my daughter cleaning. When he returned he said the debris will be picked up next day. Friday they told me will be picked up Monday. The truck never showed up. I called Mario at ph no ************. After several conversations about reason debris was not picked up he blocked my calls. He set up a message saying “this number is no longer in service. My daughters called from different lines and got thru confirming his intention of not returning to finish the job as promised. We are going to hire a respectable company to clean up. You should investigate this people as your site shows they are not credited by BBB. They should not be allowed to scam and make false promises to hard working people like me. Thanks for taking this case. I’ll be happy to provide you with any additional information.
