  I have worked with multiple House Buyers, the Homedy Holdings simply stands out in several aspects:
  1. Higher offer price;
  2. Clear and responsive communication;
  3. Quick action for commitment;
  4. Care about the seller’s interest;
  5. Make great efforts to fulfill the promise
  6. A dedicated and friendly agent organized and contacted with me during the entire process for my house sale in details.

  I reached out to Homedy along with other Cash Buyers to sell my property. ***** was initially professional. He presented an offer, and I made note of it, pending getting offers from others companies. When I called him back a few days later, not only was he difficult to get ahold of, when he finally did call me back, he was incredibly argumentative and rude. He not only walked back the initial amount of the offer, but he attempted to mansplain market values, shout me down, and not listen when I stood firm on our previous conversations. ***** had become irate to the point that I had to abruptly end the call because he wouldnt calm down and lower his voice. No business should be disrespectful to prospective clients the way ***** was. Not only was he raising his voice and belittling me on the call, he also had the gall to send me a rude email after. I STRONGLY recommend using any other ****************************** and not using Homedy. Working with ***** and Homedy has been a negative experience, and I am thankful I was able to discover this before being legally bound to a contract with them. If they do, good luck to them. $75k within 15 ******* the offer that was approved.Good Luck on the sale. -*****

  Homedy was very easy to work with and very responsive when I had to contact them. My seller needed to sell her home quickly but the home needed some work which the seller could not afford to do. Honest was able to purchase the and allow a few day post occupancy to help out the seller. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend!

  The company is backing out of the contract they said they want to cancel it but will not send me the cancelation contract. I have requested it several times, So I can look for another company to buy my house. Right now I am stuck on selling my house until I am sent their cancelation notice that they wanted to send me to back out on the deal.

  ******* - When you initially reached out to sell your house, you completed a form indicating the home was 1642 square feet. Later, we discovered it was only 1042 square feet. This had a negative impact on the valuation of your home and consequently we had to cancel the contract. The cancellation that you signed was delivered the same day that we agreed to cancel the contract. It may have been a few hours later than you had requested but we did turn it around the same date. We should have done a better job setting the expectations that your request would be turned around the same day and that you need not wait to request other offers. We strive hard to serve our clients and it's not possible to turn around documents immediately upon request as we have other clients as well. We wish you success in selling your home

  Our name is Mr *************** we have a contract with this company and had it since Jan 31 ***** now they're trying to back out of the contract because they can't get their big payday. We have a contract with another house that supports my husband's disability, but now we are in a bad situation, now we may be sued if Homedy Holdings LLC does not fulfill the contract. We also went down thousands of dollars and took less and took a lost but we are trying to get it done. We will post and update you on this matter, this company is not trust worthy and their not a company you should trust with their word and tricky contract. WARNING, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.   I'm sorry that your experience with Homedy did not meet your expectations and we hate to hear that canceling our contract put you in a bad position with your other deal! We strive to make our Sellers happy and we would never want to put you in a position that causes you this much stress. For this reason we are intentional about taking the time to explain our contract with Sellers up front and setting expectations about what to expect. Any Seller who does business with Homedy can expect, and should demand, that we go over the contract with them in detail. One of the terms of your contract, which was explained, is that the Buyer is *********** an inspection period. The inspection period is akin to a buyer wanting to test drive a car prior to purchasing it. This is standard practice in our industry. We use the inspection period to "get under the hood" and review the condition of the property and complete our investment due diligence. The first step of our due diligence is to schedule access with Seller so we can assess the property. We were able to complete this step as you provided access on Thursday February 7th. Unfortunately after reviewing the information our due diligence team concluded that this was not a sensible investment which is why we canceled the contract shortly thereafter.While we are sympathetic to your situation, we should not have to defend ourselves against baseless accusations in a public forum. We did not advise you to make a firm commitment on your other deal while we were still in our inspection period. Our company has good people who try to do the right thing and we stand by our track record of contract closings and our integrity. Unfortunately this one didn't work out for us, but you still have the opportunity to sell your property to another buyer and hopefully you can salvage your other deal.

  Sent me a tricky worded contract that protected only themselves, cheated me out of the opportunity to work with multiple investors and then refused to leave the earnest money.
  
  AVOID THIS LYING SCUMMY SCAM COMPANY at ALL costs. They are thieves

  Hi Samantha, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience with Homedy. We strive to make everyone's experience a positive one and am disappointed we didn't deliver this for you. When we made an initial offer to you, we had valued your property based on recently sold properties, much like an appraiser would do. After we signed the contract, we discovered fully renovated active listings that were priced much lower than the sold comparables. Our conclusion was that we would not be able to resell your property at the same values we had hoped when there were alternatives available to buyers at $50,000 less. We should have seen these on the front end before we made our offer and will learn from this experience. We are happy to hop on a call with you and show you what we are looking at in full transparency and we would be happy to help you sell your property at the maximum value even if we are not the buyer to help you achieve your goals.
