    Not reliable! They are we're dishonest and made excuses. I was told AC needed a new Carrier fan motor and it was a special order from Miami and they would be back in 3 days to repair after receiving part. When I called I wasn't on there schedule, they told me it would be another 4-5 days before they could get it repaired. Feel like I'm getting the run around and owner made excuses with no apology. So I called Ferran and part was in stock at Carrier Orlando. Ferran Came out same day and installed! AC is working:)

    Our goal at Home Master Air is to give the very best service to every customer. Unfortunately, there are times when we are not able to meet a customer's demands and expectations. John called us on a Monday morning and stated that he had a unit that needed a capacitor replaced. We were able to fit him into our already busy schedule and we went to his house the same day he called. Our technician found that the air handler that had the problem had a motor that did not have a capacitor. Our technician proceeded to perform a proper diagnosis on the unit and found the unit had a failed fan motor that was under warranty with Carrier. Our technician took the time while he was there and called Carrier and ordered the part and he was told it needed to be shipped in and it would take about 3 business days for us to get the motor. Our goal is to always strive to schedule people and get them cooling as soon as possible But we could not put it on the schedule until the part came in. John called us on Thursday
    and told my customer service rep that he needed the repair done on Friday at midday she told him that our schedule could not accommodate Friday at that time that we could install the motor on Monday. He proceeded to say we were being dishonest, and that our tech was only there for 5 minutes. The unit is located in the attic There is no way that he could go in the attic open up the unit and make a proper diagnosis in 5 minutes, also call Carrier and order the motor in 5 minutes. He also said he was going to give us a bad review and he wanted his money back ($99.00 diagnostic charge). I called John and told him we provided a diagnosis of his motor failure I was not going to give his money back. At no time were we dishonest with John, he was only told what we were able to do to help him. Ferran probably could get him the motor that day because we canceled our order that had been shipped to Orlando...

    Mark where your company was dishonest was telling me that you had to special order the part and it taking longer than 2-3 days to repair the unit (a total of 8 days). I was ok waiting for 2-3 days as your tech stated but not 8 days. When I called you same day of diagnosis, I told you Ferran located the part at Carrier Orlando and was in stock. Just dont be dishonest when you are to busy be up front with the customer. Anyways... Im glad Ferran was able to come out same day and repair the AC unit.
