    Very professional company . Did a great job on the roof and fully cleaned up . **** the salesman work great with us , definitely knew his job . Worker's were polite and worked hard .

    Choosing RIG Roofing came with high expectations due to their premium pricing. While my initial impression was positive, my overall experience left me with mixed feelings. Here's a brief overview:

    Pre-Project:
    Patrick, the sales rep, provided exceptional customer service, making them stand out among competitors. No pressure to choose their company, but their premium pricing was justified by promised quality.

    The Roofing Process:
    Efficient communication during material delivery was a plus.

    Issues:

    Shingle/Skylight Debris and Damage:
    During the roof job, debris and damage occurred due to crew negligence around skylights.
    Resolution: The project manager addressed the mess, and a third-party company will fix the damage.

    Workmanship and Roof Imperfections:
    The workmanship was sloppy, with various imperfections.
    Resolution: The project manager addressed some issues, but some remained unresolved.

    Skylight and Drywall Damage During Repairs:
    Additional damage occurred during repairs.
    Resolution: The office was contacted, and some issues were addressed.

    Continued Roofing Problems and Frustration:
    Ongoing issues persisted, including improper hip shingle replacement.
    Resolution: Some issues were addressed by another crew visit.

    Roof Leakage:
    A roof leak occurred within a month.
    Resolution: The leak was fixed, but the on-call service needs improvement.

    Conclusion and Rating:
    RIG Roofing's commitment to issue resolution is commendable, but such problems shouldn't arise with a premium price. I hope they improve for future customers' sake and consider compensation for the inconvenience caused. I rate them 4 stars for their commitment but stress the need for improvement. On a positive note, the Third-Party Drywall Contractor provided superb work quality, addressing crew issues.

    Hands down the best customer service, ever. Quality work was finished on time. We loved how they kept us informed of the progress, from the time we gave them the deposit, all the way till completion. Highly recommend !!!

    I recommend R.I.G if you need a roof. We had roof and some facia damaged from hurricane Ian. They did a great job on the roof and repairs and had superb communication which was important to me being hundreds of miles away.

    They also provided the remediation inspection.

    I’m so glad first of all that’s i the roof is on. Still need gutters sprinklers, flood wTer went in shed and my car — oh my so much money. I had so much damage from Ian.—- Rig and there employees super nice . I don’t want another hurricane, but if we are unlucky again - I would call them again for a new roof-and I always check w/ BBB- been scammed by crooks!!! - and BBB a must - 1st thing

    We are very pleased with the awesome job that RIG Roofing did in replacing our roof. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The work was done on time and in a professional manner and the roof looks GREAT!!! Nathan was our salesman and coordinator. He kept us informed about the job and was constantly available for any questions we had. Destiny, the job coordinator, was very helpful keeping us up to date on the job status. Thank you RIG Roofing for making a major housing project so simple and stress free!
