    The solar system has caused my roof to leak I have tried contacting the business for 9 months now with no response to make the proper repairs. At this point my ceiling is ready to collapse into a bedroom and has signs of mold.

    Business has not honored delivering and installing a solar power pool pump that was part of the contract. Continues to push it over to the sale representative, which sales have nothing to do with what was due to be delivered and installed. Has not honored any part of the warranty of the solar panels. Attempted to reached on several occasions and cannot reach anybody at the business.

    Still need a direct line of communication to the company Wired Up. Should not take 4-5 months to research contracts that should be all filed.  Now the solar panels are no longer working. Confirmed with the manufacturer who advised that I work with WiredUp, the installers. The best resolution would be for WiredUp, since there was a breach to the contract, refund me moneys paid, and  have the roof replaced.

    Wired Up Electrical Services LLC was installed sometime in 2019. Our electrical bill has gone up from $60.00 from the time the system was installed to over $300.00 the last two months (July and August 2023).

    I have called ************ and *********** and no one answers the phone, and the only phone line you can leave a message on is the other line, all the other voice mail boxes are full. No one returns the call.

    I purchased the Intervert and Solar Panals system at $35,000 .. it worked properly for less than two years. They have been back out to service my panels multiple times over three and they never are fixed. I called Jen and she always promises that it’s going to be fixed and send somebody out and nothing is ever fixed. I don’t know if they are actually even touching my system when they come, but I’m paying them every time they come out and there’s nothing they can do to fix it. My bill is over $500 and I am about Through with this company all together. They are going to court and I will be taking action against this company I highly do not recommend this company. They are terrible with customer service and they do not fulfill their promises to their customer now I’m out about $40,000 plus because of all of the financial extras that have come along with buying the solar panels for seemingly absolutely no reason it was the biggest waste of money, and I wish I would’ve just pay off my student loans instead of trying to save money with my electric because it’s actually costing me more on my electric because the system that they sold me isn’t generating enough to power a lightbulb, I think a potato power more than these panels.

    Wired UP installed solar panels, end of May 2023 they are not working correctly, it shows on the light bill that it is not producing like it should. Therefore, I am still getting big light bills, along with the payment for the panels. I have emailed, called, texted with no response to fix the issue.

    The electical meter wasn’t changed out till June 13th.  It take a full months cycle to see savings.   I have her on the schedule 8/11/23.   At this time we will look over the entire system and varify the system is working properly

    Yes he sent someone out, I was told it should be working correctly now.  That there was wires not connected right.  The next light bill will tell the story.  There are a few other things that need to be taken care of so hopefully it will be handled in a timely manner.
