  My portable sink is one of the staple items in my Beauty Bar! It is simple gorgeous and extremely functional!!! Look at the custom color and how well it fits into my space!!! Chefs kisses!!!

  More like zero stars! DO NOT PURCHASE FORM PORTABLE SINK DEPOT. We ordered a sink with extra tanks in October 2023. Prior to delivery they called us at 10:30 at night demanding $85 paid on a CC for "extra shipping". We told them to call back during business hours. When the sink was delivered it was clear that it was not custom built but rather they purchase the cabinet, sink, pumps and tanks from vendors. The sink was mounted to the cabinet the rest was place inside the cabinet and we had to assemble it all. The cabinet was scratched up and the extra tanks were never delivered. The water pump leaks nonstop as well. We tried to work with *** but after delivery we were ghosted. Hired an attorney and we have tried for over a year to have *** served but the address they "operate" from says they have no idea who PSD is. They have been ducking us for over a year! Stay FAR away from this company!!!Also note that if you call the county that they are doing business in there is no record of the business!! Let that be a warning to you. 20 years in business..... And IF PSD replies to this review please include your contact info as our attorney and the local sheriff are very eager to speak with you!

  I think this shampoo bowl is so pretty it's a perfect fit for my in home salon! It has the water heater and heats up very nice. The water pressure and the water temps are great! I ordered mine with wheels that's a must for when you are switching out the water. I tried my sink out last night and it lasted me two full washes before changing out the dump container and refilling. Very heavy to switch out the water but it's awesome! Definitely buy extra water container and dirty container the one of each that it comes with will only get you through two washes

  The sink itself works as it should. Communication is bad and they are dismissive/take no accountability.I bought a portable shampoo bowl from this company 1/1/2025. Immediately upon making my purchase i received a text message stating my unit will take about ***** days to fabricate. As a note ill add that you get to choose from a variety of color options. None of which are ever indicated to add to the length of time between ordering and receiving the item. I picked a color out of the colors available to me and got a very passive email about only being able to select a certain kind of color code out of the many options that are presented. Prior to this there was no indication that said colors weren't an option and when i pointed that out no one acknowledged it or apologized for not being clear in the first place. This was the first time i felt dismissed and as if they could use some work on their communication.The second instance was me calling to get an update on the shipping since it had been about ****************************************************************************** the text (***** days), and it was actually be ***** business days and just seemed to be annoyed with me for calling altogether.Third time was me calling, not getting an answer, leaving a message and texting to try to update my address for the delivery. When i finally got an email back the updated address was confirmed but they just happened to slip in that i would not be getting shipping details on the 24th biz day but ***** days after that "because i ordered a special color, they take longer."The problem with that is its no special color its an option im given oin the website and in any case when discrepancies come up after a customer spends proper communication prevents problems.I told them the extra time threw off my deadline and wouldnt work for me. After that it became a hassle to get them on the phone and reply to messages promptly. I would not recommend, didn't feel valued

  Sink was worth the wait for sure. We ordered our portable hair sink Mid September and received it before the end of October. After much research and many searches on sinks, we wound up choosing Portabe Sink Depot. Although a bit more costly than the others out there, we loved how clean, professional, and well made the unit appeared. We also loved that the unit offered a stronger water pump, 60 PSI, which would provide us with enough preassure to ensure we can thoroughly rinse any chemicals in our clients hair.We have had our Sink a little over a few weeks now and have used it multiple times and love it. A couple extra jugs on the side and you're set to take on your busy day of hair clients.I'll be updating more in a few months and possibly doing a review of this Portable Hair Sink via YOU Tube.Thanks again to the team at Portable Hair Sink Depot. I Appreciate your patience with all my emails of concerns and more so, appreciate the timely responses.

  Beware: We purchased the Hot/Cold portable sink with marble top and the noise and vibration when the pump is operating is horrendous. It was meant to go in a calm, serene spa room but there is no way it can be used in that kind of environment. The response we got from the company was, "Well, Any thing with power is going to make some noise. You can place the pump outside of the cabinet and wrap a towel around it. That can help muffle the sound." Not helpful. Some soft "humming" sound would have been expected, but this was a very expensive unit and nothing in the specs or materials indicated this level of noise. Waste of almost $2,000. Super unhappy.

  I purchased a portable hair washing sink for my hair salon. It been less than six months now. I can't even use this sink to wash my clients hair no water out. Its affecting my business not being able to provide hair wash for my client. I've contact them several times no response. Finally I received an emailed from portable sink depot. Which informed I need to contact the manufacturer for the pump. I did as advised. I received a new pump had it installed but still not working. I regret purchasing this sink from this company. I tried to contact them they said I agreed to pay for the sink regardless if I return it or not, I should have read my contract. This is a scan. What they charge for the sink and interest is all a scam. I'm not sure how they are able to get away with this. I'm stuck with the sink that doesn't work. Stuck with this high payment

  I purchased a black portable shampoo bowl, with rollers, plus an extra fresh water and grey water reservoir. I am completely satisfied with the unit. It appears to be a quality product; it was simple to set up; and it is simple to operate. The unit also has a very nice look to it.
  
  The portable shampoo bowl is an excellent tool for those who find a need for such equipment, but have no plumbing. The sink boasts a ledge which can be used to store products. The water pump provides more than adequate pressure from the installed sprayer. The temperature on the water heater can be adjusted, and I find the amount of hot water it supplies to be sufficient for even my busiest days. Everything (both fresh water and grey water reservoirs, water heater, and water pump) is conveniently packaged within the cabinet, making for a compact and elegant looking unit.

  I’m going to say this this freaking sink is the real deal!!!!!! LIKE WHO EVEN THOUGHT OF THIS BRIGHT IDEA I WANT TO MISS THEM, I’m using my husbands ****** so I am a girl lol but it’s so convenient my salon chair reclines so I can move my sink to my chair and roll it back like YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD GET YOU A SINK I BROUGHT THE SHAMPOO SINK AND WASH BOWL SINK FOR MY SALON SINCE I COULDN’T DO PLUMBING WHEN I SAY IM THE ONLY 24 hour salon in the USA and now the only portable salon in my area I love them so much , it’s a healthier choice for myself and clients I’m buying a few more actually I love this company .
