    I placed an order on 7/7/25, the order conformation as well as the product listing stated that the product was in stock and had a 3-5 day lead time. After 5 attempts to contact with no response. I recived an email from *** ****** stating that the lead time would now be over 2 weeks and thats with me paying for the shipping. The 2 weeks has now passed with no more information from the company, and the order still has not shipped. Unresponsive and completely unreliable, not something you want in a company that handles explosives.

    Dear BBB, Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

    After thoroughly checking our records, we were unable to locate any order under the name ***** ***** or associated with *********, **. Additionally, we found no orders tied to the email address provided in the complaint.

    However, we do have an order placed on July 7th for a similar amount, shipping to a different town in *********. If this is in fact the correct customer, we would be happy to issue a full refund at any time, no questions asked.

    We did respond to that customers prior inquiries via email, and their replies were polite and understanding. We greatly appreciate that and always strive to communicate transparently with our customers.

    Unfortunately, this year's surge in demand around Memorial Day, Fathers Day, and July 4th significantly impacted our shipping timelines. While the season exceeded our sales expectations, we take full responsibility for the delays and have been working diligently to get caught upwhich we are now nearly able to say we have.

    We understand and respect that customers expect timely delivery, and we regret any inconvenience caused. We are more than willing to resolve any issuewhether through a full refund or by offering complimentary items as a goodwill gesture.

    If this complaint is tied to the July 7th order, we kindly ask the customer to confirm, and we will make things right immediately.
