    Business owes me replacement parts that they promised. Now, they claim they went bankrupt. From other buyers and backers my $239 is small compared to the $70,000 this business has mismanaged/ allegedly stole from others.

    On 9/27/2021 I was charged $275.00 for a kickstarter project that was supposed to ship by April of 2022. He claimed the project was delayed and offered numerous excuses as to why it was late. Frequently posted about being harassed all of which seemed to be made up. He supposedly shipped out several of his product to backers but the amount of products shipped seems to keep decreasing. All along this time he continued to accept preorders outside of kickstarter while still insisting my order is coming. Yesterday he just up and announced he is closing down won't that any questions and is refusing to give a refund. He stole at least $70000 from his backers

    I purchased the kit form of the 1:18 scale airwolf, the product I received after waiting 12 months was the worst 3d printed model ever made, not worth the ****** plus I spent. Missing and misprinted parts make this kit unbuildable. I was promised replacement parts but mars industries has closed shop and no longer responding to emails. Thus is a t*** of a kit no ammount of toilet paper can fix. This is not what they had advertised and what I got was junk. I know absolutely nothing about printing my own models but I know enough that I would never have sent this box of reject parts to anyone. It's like I was sent a box of parts that did not make the grade and here ya go here is your order. It could be possibly be built but I would loose the functions advertised due to the ammount of gluing, sanding and filling needed to get there. In short order I did not recieve what was advertised, and I did not recieve the replacement parts that were promised by mars. As this was a 3d printed model on Mars industries I want the files used in productionso I may complete this model i recieved by going to a 3rd party printing service.

    In 2021 I was following a Kickstarter from Mars Industries. They were offering a 3-D printed 1:18 scale replica of the helicopter from the old show "Airwolf." Later they even offered a crew replica and other aircraft. I decided to participate in the kickstarter and on 8/14/2021, they collected my pledge of $425 for a helicopter and crew. $225 for a DIY Airwolf, $150 for the crew and $50 in shipping. It was given an estimated delivery date of April 2022.After updates and delays, today I received an email saying Mars Industries is insolvent and closing its doors. Also, that they would not respond to anything related to the project.

    I participated in a Kickstarter funded project with Mars Industries that was successfully funded on Sept 27, 2021. The project was an Airwolf toy/model helicopter. **** received $70,000+ in Kickstarter money. ****** failed to deliver a product to his backers, failed to provide timely and informative updates, and was regularly hostile in communications. People fail sometimes, it happens, and most folks are pretty understanding about that provided they dont feel taken advantage of and flat out lied to. Just a disrespectful, dishonest business. .

    Provided Mar Industries $450 for an Airwolf kit and crew. Up until 60 days ago, he has claimed delays on the project with a promise he was finishing up the products and wanted them perfect before sending them out. Then today he posted this telling everyone pretty much tough, no one is getting their money and back and he is not responding to any emails or contacts about getting their money back after he defrauded over 100 people of a total of $70K+. As you can see from the screenshots, he continued to lead on all his customers until he decided to keep all the money and not even comment anymore.POSTED ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT THIS PROJECT HE STOLE MONEY FROM ALL OF US:Closing doors and saying goodbye user avatar ***************************** May 10, 2024 Mars Industries is insolvent as of today and is closing its doors forever. For my part in failure, I am deeply regretful and apologize to everyone involved. Im closing it all down and will not answer nor respond to anything related to Airwolf any longer.Comment how you will, blast my inbox, throw me to the wolves on every social media platform. Its already ALL long been done before and I care not. Ive sacrificed my family, health and sanity over this project and Im done. Thank you and best wishes to all. Im sorry.

    Similar to the other complaints, I placed this order on **** as a pre-order [#*************] for the Airwolf helicopter around May 2022. I never head anything from them on the shipping status, etc until I reached in Jan 2023 and was given an email reply-saying it would be 2Q. Never heard anything again until emailing them again in Sep-23. Emailed mutliple times and never heard back until Oct-23 when I said I wanted to cancel. Receieved brief response asking how to proceed. I emailed again, multiple times, and no response and have asked for a refund..now via several emails and again no response.I've never received the product and no response or engagement from this seller. Contacted **** and they said thier account is under review. when clicking on their seller profile it shows as no longer a listed user.In reviewing comments on the kickstarter page for this vendor, similar encounters of lack of responsiveness, poor prodcut quality, etc from them. I would like my money refunded as I never received the product and have received zero support from this vendor. The only negative experience I've ever had with an online vendor- absolute worst.

    On 8/20/2021, I purchased a helicopter model from MARSINDUSTRIESGROUP. After missing several anticipated ship dates and based on problematic reviews, I finally requested cancellation of the order on 3/15/2023. **************** cancelled my order for $339.99 and confirmed via email. No refund was ever posted to my account. I have followed up repeatedly with **************** and he says it is "out of his hands" and to call my bank. I did call my bank (*****), who explained that the charge was outside of ****** chargeback enforcement window and that they did request a refund and he refused. My request is simple: **************** should refund the purchase price or ship the kit in the same paint scheme I purchased.
