  "I usually don't write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience with ***** ***** at 123SoldCash. He helped us sell my father-in-law's property, which had been stuck in probate. We tried to fix it up and had it listed with a realtor for six months, but it didnt sell. With so much to handle and the burden of maintaining the property, we almost lost the house due to unpaid taxesit was close to foreclosure. We were at risk of losing all the equity we had built.Thankfully, we found Mr. ***** through a ****** search and were impressed by the reviews. When we reached out to him, he was incredibly helpful, bringing his knowledge and experience to the table. Everything worked out smoothly. Although we sold the property for a bit less than what we had listed on the ***, were happy with the outcome and the relief of having it all behind us.If you need to sell your house fast, I highly recommend Mr. ***** *****.   Found him on ******* *********************, and their attorneys are really good. They walk me through the steps and we are forced siblings. They explain to us all the steps. They were there for us when we needed them the most the house that I had was in foreclosure, and had leaned, they paid for all the foreclosure and the house lean they are all good people if you need help let them know if you need to sell your house they take it as it is and if its in foreclosure or has a lien on it, dont negotiate with them I was able to sell my house to ***** and I got my money a month ago. All my siblings got their money they walk you through the steps. Its a really easy process and they did it really quickly. I can be more proud and thankful with all of them. God bless them all thank you ***** and ***** and *******, the other two are their lawyers and they have a law firm and they are really professional. If I had to do it again I will look for them. They are really good with this process. God bless you all.

  Our experience with ********************* at 123SoldCash.com was fantastic! The property was my parents home that our family was selling. Since this was an estate, we weren't sure if this would go smoothly, especially since I was out of state but ***** was patience and kind with our family and it went amazingly.   Being an older couple it was very difficult to sell my house, there are a lot of documents and complications. I found it very complicated but it is a great experience for the way I save money and deal directly with the buyer. I will always recommend Mr. Russian to my friends and family.
