    I had a physical reaction to there product. I filed a claim with the company, sent my receipt of purchase, medical treatment information , and requested they have their insurance company contact me. I have had numerous emails back and forth with them, yet they will not open an injury claim or reimburse me for the purchase price.

    July 16th 2022, I signed up for a free box through Babe Cos. which is a subscription service for cosmetics. You get a box every month and the first box is free. You pay shipping and handling and thats all first month. They offered a special, pay ****x2 you will get two free months plus two free gift per box per month. I signed up, agreed to pay this. All emails will be attached along with evidence of what I am saying. On July 21st, 22 I got notification that my first box was delivered which would have been free but I accepted the **** charge plus shipping x2 for two months of free boxes and I paid **** extra to get two gifts extra per box per the two months I would receive. But I never got the box. I started emailing ******* a rep, said i needed to file complaint w ***** leading me to believe they are based in *****. I felt scammed already. But to get my refund or replacement which anyone in US would know that is not how that works. That the shipper has to file a complaint their business was not with me but with the purchaser of the shipping. And I replied this after reading it several times to finally realizing what they were even saying. For 14 days straight I have emailed this company wanting my money back that I did not want the second free box I did not want the first box anymore. To just return my money because I do not like using companys outside of ********** didnt get the first one! Well they billed me for the second box which should have also been free, and still did not send the first one or free gifts. I am asking this company to refund me for both orders in total of $62.31 for the first two boxes, and two items added to each box(26.33) order #********** and the charge for 2nd box which should have been free also, for(35.98) order #**********. I no longer want their services you have ignored every attempt I have made, stolen money from my account which I did not authorize as it should have been free. As you can see from my attachments no one responds.

    If you have not received your box, you need to file a police report and send us a copy. Then we will reship the lost order. 

    As for the policy, one customer can receive only one free box but he will need to pay a full price for the second box. You can add 2 mystery items to your first order for additional 10$, 1 or 2 pairs as you like. 

    Please send a copy of the report to our support team as soon as you can.
