    I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the required $45 monthly fee for trash pickup by Valet Living. Despite paying this fee, the service is unreliable, inconsistent, and has caused more problems than it solves. My trash bin has been full since Thursday. They dont pick up on Friday or Saturday, and by Sunday its overflowingbut still nothing gets picked up. Complaints are ignored, and the driver often leaves trash in the parking lot.On one occasion, the driver left trash right in front of my car after I complained. Ive also had an issue where someone from their team came near my door to take pictures. I made it clear I dont want anyone photographing my unit. This is my private space, and I do not give permission for anyone from Valet Living to come near my door for any reasonespecially not to take pictures to confirm they are picking up trash. If the service cannot be provided consistently and respectfully, then I do not want it at all.I once asked the driver if he could pick up my trash when I missed the time, and he refused. Later, I saw what looked like that same man going upstairs with a tenant, then walking toward me in a way that felt uncomfortable. This kind of behavior only adds to the stress.Valet Livings presence here does not provide a benefit. I do not want them handling my trash, and I would prefer to take it to the dump myself. I want to be removed from their service list and have the $45 fee removed from my rent charges. That money should go toward actual housing costs, not toward a service that is failing to keep the property clean and safe.Ive seen this company in other cities and had concerns then as well. Their actions here confirm those concerns. Im tired of paying for a service that creates more mess, tension, and discomfort than it resolves. Please remove me from this program.

    They have the wrong company. I do not do business with them and my business does not charge the customer directly.  This complaint was filed in error against the wrong company
