We bought a car and had it shipped. They supposedly did their 100 point inspection, and everything was supposedly working. It shows up and it is a $6500 fix from *****. We can't even get a radio store to replace it because no one else carries the parts for it. The manager Barbie literally laughed on the phone and told us what a good deal we got. This place ***** and are complete rip-off artists. Then they tell you to put in a request online where they offer you $400 for a $6500 fix. Don't waste your time or your money.

On May 08, 2025, I put a down payment of $1,000 on a vehicle. I was told the vehicle would be delivered in 3 days. The vehicle arrived 2 weeks later. The vehicle was delivered by a truck to my work address without any registration or tag information. I called for documents, and they provided temporary tags. I waited for communication about plates and title information, but never received any. My tags ended up expiring, and then the dealership stopped communicating. I was told that my State (MD) required both buyers to reside in ** for the tags to be transferred. The clerk said it was best if I go into the MD DMV and try to register in person. I cant transfer a registration if I never received a registration. They have yet to provide me with any documents about registering the vehicle. I called the finance company, and they told me I can do a voluntary turn-in, which results in a response on my Credit, along with owning the price difference when the vehicle goes to an auction. It is now July, and the car is sitting unregistered with an expired temp tag, and the dealership refuses to communicate. I dont know what to do at this point.

On May 15, 2025, a used 2018 Infiniti Qx-30 was purchased from The Taverna Collection in *********, *******. The vehicle was ***resented as being in "mint condition" and sold as a certified pre-owned ********, with all necessary paperwork promised upon delivery.Upon delivery of the vehicle via transport, the following issues were discovered:The engine light was on.The registration and temporary tag, which had been paid for, were not included. The car legally could not be driven on the road. The service records for the certified preowned information wasnt included in car as promised. Attempts to contact The Taverna Collection were unsuccessful, and calls and emails were ignored and lied about is saying we said it was an oil leak. Filed a complaint with them via a link sent. I reached their title department located at another dealership to find out temp plate and registration. ***** stated it will come in the mail by Monday by two day mail. I asked her for a copy so I can take the car to the mechanic to see what was wrong. Attempts to Resolve the Issue:A cost of $2400 was incurred for ***airs to address the engine light and to pass the emissions test for Arizona registration. The Taverna Collection was contacted regarding compensation for these ***airs, but there was no response.Desired Resolution:Full reimbursement of $2400 is sought to cover the cost of the engine light ***airs. It is also requested that The Taverna Collection take responsibility for the misleading statements regarding the vehicle's condition. I reached out to the ************************ and they stated that this dealership has 22 complaints already this year which seem to target out of state purchases. That tells me they have a pattern defrauding out of state buyers due to they cant verify in person the condition of the car. You call the dealership and you are routed to a customer *** who sends you to various voicemails that go unanswered and with automated response emails.

I live in ******** and purchased a vehicle from The Taverna Collection on 4/23/25 with the intent to keep it. However, a few days later, I needed to cancel the purchase and initiated the return 34 days after signing. My sales *** confirmed the vehicle hadnt left the lot and said I owed $1,998 to process the return. He referred me to ***** (Customer Support), who stated my $519.45 down payment would be refunded only after I paid the $1,998 and signed an ***.I was given a doc highlighting payment methods. Option #1 check, option #2 wire transfer/ACH (routing details), I paid with option #2 on 5/1/25 sending confirmation number and signed the *** on 5/5/25. ***** confirmed receipt and said to allow 24 hours for processing. On 5/13/25, I got a call from ****** ******** (management), asking how much I sent and requesting I sign the *** againeven though she had been CCd in the original email. She said shed follow up once funds were received.Despite multiple follow-ups to ***** and Barbie between 5/30 and 6/25, I received no update. On 6/26, ****** finally responded, claiming no payment was received. I provided proof, due to the amount requested my bank sent check which was signed and cashed by The Taverna Collection on 5/14. She then claimed checks werent accepted and demanded another $1,998 via wire within ****************************************** my name. There was no mention in the return policy or document listing payment methods that wire transfers were the only acceptable payment method. If checks werent accepted, why was mine cashed over a month ago? I asked for an exception to this verbal policy, as it was never documented. The lack of communication from ***** and Barbie led to this situation, and now Im being pressured to resend $1,998 under threat.Ive met every requirement in good faith. The dealership cashed my check, and I should not be forced to send an additional $1,998. I now request the return of my down payment as originally promised.

I was financed and sent electronic documents to sign for the purchase of a 2023 ****** Leaf from The Taverna Collection. This interaction started on June 14, 2025 and continued until the 22nd after we had signed all legal documents and provided a ******* down payment. When it was time to ship the vehicle **** the salesperson texted and stated that due to me not having a driver's license that the company would not fund the purchase. This was after I specifically asked if it would be a problem not having a license and was told that a state ID was fine a d my girlfriend could be added as the driver. We purchased insurance for the vehicle bu this time as well. He started to get pushy telling me that I could get a license and they would hold the car for 4 weeks. We told him that this would not work for us at this time and it would take significantly longer to get my license. He rudely responded with a comment t along the lines of " what's ******, are you going to walk everywhere and never get a license? At this point we asked for the deposit back and after waiting for **** to respond, was told that accounting was working on issuing the refund and it would be refunded in 1-2 business days. We are going into day 3 of no refund as well as no response at all from Taverna. We let them know it was very important to get the money back to purchase a different vehicle and thanked him for his effort and help. We have continued to be ignored and I even kindly asked for a response to know that something was being done. At this point we really just need the 1500 back so we can move on. I thought we did thorough research before contacting Taverna, but unfortunately, it was not enough.

Tarvana is fraudulently mis***resenting their vehicles and breaking laws that are set in place to prevent corrupt places like them from selling to unsuspecting consumers. They're in violation of ****** Florida consumer protection laws and mis***resentation of their vehicles. We found a great looking car on cargurus,The car was shown to be in excellent condition the only fault they admitted to was a little stain on the drivers front seat and a broken cup holder that would be fixed. The videos/ pictures they sent looked to be in amazing condition. The sales *** said nothing els was wrong with it, it had a clean vin and aside from the stain and cup holder it was in great shape. We were excited to get our new family car and didn't anticipate any problems. We did a trade in on our hybrid rav4, they picked it up from our house 3 weeks before we received their car. They failed to pay the payment on the car for a month and we were receiving late pay notices on it. we reached out multiple times &finally got through to them to pay off the car they took. The car finally arrived weeks late at 11:30pm on a Friday night,we couldn't see anything,at 8am the next day we saw the car and we were horrified Within mins of seeing it in the light. There were tiny rust specs all over the car, water stains on every seat, its filthy inside, hundreds of ants crawling out of it,the back two wheels covered in rust, you clearly see rust on the entire underside of the car, Literally pieces rusting and falling apart. Inside was a big tear in a seat cover, rusted metal INSIDE the car,no doubt there's water damage. We saw all of this clearly in the first 5 mins of looking at the car. They clearly mis***resented the car through texts/videos/ photos/info etc. They operated under fraud in order to sell us this garbage car we never would have otherwise bought, the car was completely mis***resented to us, the 1 we were sold and the car we received were two completely different cars.

Upon buying this car and placing $3000 down, the dealership shipped the vehicle by truck from ******* to us in ****, ******. However, it was a bad relationship start from the very beginning. We decided to try our newer (used) 2018 Mercedes, and take it for a drive. But could not because the main and auxiliary batteries were dead. Further, the battery tie downs were either missing or broken. AAA towing completed work costing $200.,later, we realized that the car seemed under powered. In the next few days, decided on taking it to the Reno ******** dealership for a check out, which would cost another $600. Not counting regular maintenance, the car needed a complete Turbo system trade out-and would cost $4600. This can never be affordable. We're seniors on a fixed income. Car has quite weak acceleration, as stated earlier. After a couple of weeks, the dealership simply ignored us; Not returning emails or phone calls. Please help us.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a car online through this dealership. It came from ** and delivered to us in **. We were guaranteed by the salesman, ******* ********, that the car would be delivered with the correct registration and temporary plates in the car, and the car is in great condition. Neither documents were in the car. Condition is moderate at best. We attempted to remedy this issue. ******* re-sent us the documents, but with the incorrect address and color of car on the registration. We again requested them to correct this. They sent a second copy of the documents, again with the incorrect address and color of car. The address has the word THREE in it, but they put THIRD on the documents. I spoke with a supervisor, Barbie, who was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. She interrupted and spoke over me the entire call. She argued with me about PA requiring inspection. She could not comprehend that THIRD and THREE are two different words and not the same address. The address with THIRD does not even exist. She then proceeded to hang up with me. I called several times after that, attempting to resolve the issues. She immediately hung up with me every single time. Pennsylvania requires state inspection, and without these documents we cannot get it inspected. Taverna has a return policy. You can return it either 5 days or 250 miles, whichever comes first. The car was delivered on 06/03/2025 and, at the time of completing this report, we still do not have the correct documents to properly inspect the vehicle. We have contacted them countless times over the last week and a half to address this. They have been non-responsive. Their continued mistakes and refusal to provide us with the correct documents have resulted in us not being able to get the car inspected, determine if we want to return it and subsequently return it within that time frame if we chose to do so. This has been THE WORST experience with a business I have had in my life!
