We had a great experience. Found a car on their website and set up an appointment same day to go see it. The salesman was open and transparent, gave us all the information we needed and disclosed all costs up front. It was an easy pain free process and they even sent us home with a full tank of gas. My son bought me a car from them and there was something wrong with the trunk and they said and noted they would fix it. I brought my car in at least 4 times to be repaired and each time I was told it was something else and would have to come back. Finally they sent me to the **** dealer to fix it. They sent them the quote to do this but now they will not honor it. The manager told my son today there is nothing they can do and they are done with us. This has been going on since February 18th. I know have a car that I can not use the trunk. To get to my spare you need to be able to get in the trunk. Do not trust them they are not an honest company.

I purchased a car from this place in within a week the door handle broke off which I barely drove the car. I was given the run around by several employees for 2 weeks about just simply fixing the door handle then I was told they would not. I went to the dealership to see if I could just trade the car in which they still gave me a hard time and then after sitting for an hour was told they can only offer be way less then what they sold it to me when I literally just got it 2 weeks ago. I then asked for corporate phone number which they denied it to me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and also they stated that their mechanic do not inspect the cars

Total *** ***! I'm paying 32 grand for a car that was priced for 18,500. My interest rate was over 15 percent although I have very good credit! Can't get anyone to return my numerous calls about these crazy numbers they are charging me. That business should be ********! Buyers beware!
