      the worst towing company in *******. easily a con. easily a scam. definitely waiting for people in a really bad position so that you will be inclined to leave your car so they can fix it and sell it or steal everything out of it. this is what theyve always done. this is what they do. they prey on the less fortunate, they pride themselves on taking from the less fortunate. if any of you ever want to speak to me regarding your horrible and unprofessional business practices. i hope other people see this and never allow these people to touch your car. they will sabotage you, steal from you, lie to you, give you a hard time, be rude, and price *****.

      Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns and providing feedback. We understand that you have made numerous phone calls, comments, and reviews, and we appreciate the opportunity to address them and ensure your satisfaction.

      Our management team and Chief *********************** have taken the time to engage in conversations with you over the past few days regarding your concerns. To summarize our discussions:

      Your vehicle was left abandoned in Jupiter and subsequently ordered towed and impounded by the *************************. Following several discussions, you had the opportunity to communicate with our Managers and COO. Together, we reached a mutual agreement to significantly reduce your bill from the police contracted rate and county commission non-consensual approved tow and storage fees of $243.88 to $150.

      Furthermore, after reaching this agreement, you requested additional services from us due to a faulty starter in your vehicle and it being inoperable. We accommodated this request at an agreed-upon discounted rate and towed your vehicle to your desired location. Our COO even messaged you after to make sure that you and your vehicle arrived at your destination safely, of which you confirmed.

      We believe that we have made more than generous accommodations for you, especially considering the way you treated and spoke to our staff. We hope that our efforts and resolution have brought you satisfaction and as with any police ordered tow we realize having your vehicle towed is never a pleasant expense or incident.

      Once again, we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.
