    - made appointment for 5/18 at 4:00 pm - received confirmation email - paid in advance - the building was never unlocked and no employee was in the building - nobody has reached out to rectify or give a refund - upon reviewing ****** reviews, this has happened to many people over the last few months with no response from the business or refunds issued.

    I purchased two certificates to Float Plus on December 22, 2024 for $120.00. I booked a session for myself and a friend on June 26, 2025. Before this, I had tried getting into contact with Float Plus for assistance on booking my appointment. I called their number and also sent emails, but received no response. I was able to figure out how to book the appointment myself over their website, and it was confirmed for June 27, 2025 at 10:00AM. I received four separate email confirmations (attached).Upon arriving at their location on June 27, I noticed the doors were locked. I waited outside with my friend for over 20 minutes, waiting for it to open so we can attend our appointment. I eventually tried calling the number on the door again, no response. I tried texting the number through iMessage as I noticed it was someone's personal cellphone number. I received a text message from another number, who apparently was the previous owner, and put me in contact with the current owner, who is named ******** (attached). ******** eventually replied to me after another ten minutes and stated he is out of the state and that Float Plus is not open. I told him this was very inconvenient, as I had previously received confirmation. He stated that the phone number for the business has been out of commission for weeks. He stated that he will be returning to ******* "soon" and "processing all refunds" (attached). Upon looking at the reviews of this establishment, I am not the only one who has experienced this, and that this is likely a scam. I am seeking a refund and also perhaps compensation for the inconvenience and nearly being scammed if I hadn't reported this. Float Plus' "business" is not registered with BBB.
