            I contracted with JJ Quality Builders for a roof replacement which was completed in June of 2020. On 9/27/21 I contacted the company because of a leak and also cracks in the ridge tile cement. After several contact with JJ Quality Builders I was informed that the crack was normal over the years. I reminded them that the roof was only a year old. On 10/4/21 they repair the leak but did not address the crack cement. After several calls and emails on 10/12 ******** informed me that because the cracks are from the cement, there is not much that JJ Quality could do to resolve the problem. They could possible use maxipoint on the cement but the result may not look presentable. At this point I am upset the company is not standing behind their work, including the material that used. On 10/15/21 I spoke to the owner of JJ Quality Builders, he pretty much said the same thing as ********, however he said he will check with cement company to see if anything can be done and get back to me

            PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL with this company! After months of dealing with the "project manager". Coming up with a reasonable price. Signing the contract and taking 60% of the deposit. They come back after a couple of days of taking two payments to tell me they couldn't do the job because it was underbid. They basically held my money hostage and said what they already did would cost me X amount. With no way of getting a full refund because they were at fault. They took that X amount and wrote me check for the remainder. Although I received majority of my money back, I am still not please of the way they dealt with the situation as a "PROFESSIONAL" company. And the LAST time I listen to anyone that says "I just need 1% of your trust" because their contract states that no verbal agreement.
