    Well horrible experience cannot believe company treats customers like this the wouldnt give me change they take my money no change the lady was soooooo rude and disrespectful they over charge me snd blame it on embassy loan they are all scammers agr recovery need to close there doors help us. The **** driver that pick up the car have us take out the stuff

    All debtors are advised that they must bring exact cash as we do not supply change.   It is in the text message they receive when their appt is confirmed.   Per FL Statute 493 we are allowed to charge a reasonable fee for the inventory and storage of the property.

    When my vehicle was recovered early morning on 05/08/2024 there were personal items inside the truck as well as outside the truck that were not returned to me. These personal item include: NOCO 12V 2000 AMP MODEL GB70 with its bag, motorcycle cables and operators manual. Please (plastic cover to on/ off switch was missing)BOSCH 2.0 AH 18V battery BOSCH MODEL BC660 battery charger 2 ball hitch and pin New lime-green bic lighter 4x6 one ft section of lumber All these personal items were located inside the truck except for the hitch and piece of lumber. The battery jump box was located under the driver seat along with the Bosch battery charger and Bosch battery. The hitch was on the truck. The lighter was located in the center console in the small cubby behind the shifter. I would like for the rest of my personal items returned. I would also like to request contact about this complaint whether by email or phone contact preferably by phone contact. I know these personal items were in my truck as I just used the jump box. My charging cable was in my backseat on the floor hooked to the power inverter due to charging my jump box on the evening of 5/7/2024. Then later that evening had gave someone a jump start.

    At the time of the property appointment ****************** never advised that items were missing besides a parking sticker on the windshield which he was given. He was able to see the list of personal items prior signing for and taking possession of.    After taking possession there was no further communication to the personal handling the appointment.   ****************** emailed our office and subsequently filed a complaint with the BBB on May 10, 2024.   He was responded to via email on Monday May 13, 2024  from the Operations Supervisor that the only items they found in the truck after a second full inventory was completed was the tow hitch.  It was offered to ****************** that he could pick up the tow hitch from 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday within the week.   No response was ever received from ****************** and he never showed up to retrieve the tow hitch.

    I went to pick up my car on 3/18/24 @ 12pm. I was told since I paid for my car and they didnt have my car for long, they didnt have to remove any personal items or go into the car. Woman brings my car to me and there was clear signs of someone in my car and they looked through everything. That wasnt the issue though. The issue I am having is one of them left 2 jars of weed in my car and my car smelled of weed smoke. My windows currently dont go down for me to air out and I have a 9 month old baby. Imagine if I didnt find the jars and got pulled over. The smell would give police reason to search my car and I could have got in trouble. Even worse get my child taken from me. I notified the financial company and AGR is denying ever being in my car. This is so annoying because theyre lying and they dont care who life they put in ***** way. I had to pay $150 to get a full detail in my car to get the smell out. I will make it my mission to report this everywhere possible till this issue is fixed. Sincerely, Angry Mama Lion

    On 3.19.2024  debtor called the office with lien holder, Credit Acceptance on the phone to discuss this matter.  Both parties were advised that if drugs were present in the vehicle, they would have been properly disposed of per company policy.   Drugs are removed from all repossessed vehicles, not placed in them.     This matter has been handled directly with the debtor and the lien holder of the vehicle.   Further complaints are not necessary. We understand that people can become irate when vehicles are repossessed and property is inventoried but we are just doing our job as mandated by ******* Statue 493.  Thank you for your time.

    On 8-17-23 I arrived at the location just before my appointment time.I waited for my turn only to be told I didn't have one. I was told I had only given them the last 4 numbers of my phone. their system blocks all but the last 4 for security from their dishonest employees'. I asked them if I may have my wallet from the truck and was told i can only have 1 card out of it and that it will cost me the key. I gave them the key that opens the door and was told they want the one to start it or I can get my a** off the property. I see no reason for them to have the key to start my truck for any honest reason other then wrong doing. I still don't have my truck even though I paid the bank on the day it was picked up. With any luck the appointment I made for 8-24-23 wont be rejected for unethical reasons like the extortion of my key. I still have no ID and will have missed 7 days of work just so they can charge me more storage fees. I have all my documentation do the?

    *****, the debtor requested an appointment for 8/16/23 for vehicle redemption.  We did NOT have the paperwork at this time so we attempted to deny the appointment.   When requesting the appointment the software asks the person to enter their entire cell phone # or email, whichever they prefer to be contacted by.   When the debtor entered his phone # he entered it as (***)-***-6931.   The software was unable to send out response because a complete number was not entered.  If the debtor does not provide accurate information we have no way to responding back to them. When the debtor arrived at our office with no confirmed appointment we advised we were unable to release the vehicle due to the
    lack of paperwork.  It was very clearly explained to him that because he did not enter a complete phone # or email we were unable to contact him.   When asked for his number so we could call when the paperwork was
    received the debtor refused to provide the information.   The release paperwork was received on 8/21/23, the vehicle and property were released to the debtor on 8/23/23.
