    I called 12/20/24 with water spraying out of my back flow valve. ********* came, worked on back flow, turned city water on and told me I needed a new one. I paid $149.00 for visit. He told me he could come bach the next day to replace it if he could find one and the price could be about $1000.00. He also said if I was willing to pay cash, he could do it for $900. I said yes. He returned the next day, turned city water off, installed new back flow, turned water back on and was paid $900 cash. I asked for receipts and he said I could get them form the office on the following Monday. When I called the office for receipts the secretary, ***, said work was only done the prior evening and she had nothing about ********* replacing a back flow valve. she also said he left the country returning to Romania. The City's back flow tech said ******** ******** in West Palm should have never touched the back flow as they are not approved, let alone doing any work that is not permitted. The owner, ******* ***** has not returned any of the numerous calls I have placed. According to the secretary, ***, ********* acted alone and they are not takingn any responsibility.

    The experience of changing our Rheem water heater was very good thanks to ********* of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. ********* was helpful and professional ensuring that the job was fully completed, and left the water heater beautifully cleaned.
