    I hired this company to update my pool and install new pavers. The contract I signed clearly states that they will not be installing pavers in the sunroom where I have a sauna but will deliver the amount of pavers for that area and place in my garage. They did not provide the materials and are refusing to do so. They also failed to cover the stainless steel equipment in my backyard kitchen resulting in large chemical stains

    This email serves to provide an update on several outstanding project items.
    1. Stainless Steel Resolution
    **** will be visiting the site shortly to address the concerns regarding the stainless steel finishes as previously discussed.
    Status of Resolution: Please note that a definitive completion date cannot be provided at this time. We will be testing an offsite buffing methodology as a potential solution.
    Next Steps: If the offsite testing proves unsuccessful, we will proceed with sourcing replacement panels. Therefore, we are unable to commit to the November 21st resolution date.
    Kitchen Supplier Invoice: We will contact the kitchen supplier today to confirm payment of the invoice for the cleaning service.
    2. Paver Delivery
    **** will coordinate the delivery of the extra pavers to your location prior to November 21st.
