    Purchased vitamin product (set of 3) on April 10, 2024. As per the company 100% refund guarantee policy, I sent empty bottles back to company via ***** tracking. Already forwarded tracking information email to customer service department of the company on January 31, 2025. As of Monday February 11, 2025 per phone conversation with company representative, company claiming they still have not received tracking information to date,

    We apologize for the inconvenience of this situation. Unfortunately, the return came into our warehouse and did not follow our normal return procedure. We do not know exactly why it circumvented our normal process.  According to the notes on your customer file, we received your tracking information on 2/10/25. We investigated and confirmed the product was returned. The order was processed for refund today, 2/11/25.  I do not see indication on your file of the earlier email but will look into that. Once again, we are sorry for the confusion on your refund request.

    The additional information that the business mentioned in response is included:   E-Mail dated 01/31/2025 at 11:57 AM was forwarded to a representative by the name of **** at *****************************************************************************.   His/Company E-Mail response to me was dated  01/31/2025 12:33 pm.  

     

    Additionally, I checked my account for any activity pertaining to my billing adjustment.  To date, I cannot confirm any activity pertaining to any refund or billing adjustment on behalf of this business.  I would like to get some additional information pertaining to this refund transaction in the form of the type of action to be taken by the business to perform the refund transaction or to receive a call from a business representative to get an explanation as to how the refund is going to take place since I have not seen any activity take place yet on my side.

    Once again, our apologies that this return did not follow our proper procedures. That has been discussed with our warehouse and the customer service representative that you emailed. Your refund was processed back to your card yesterday 2/11/25 as stated. Please see attached receipt. The length of time this will take to appear back in your account is now within your bank/card company's control. If you do not see the transaction within a couple days, we would suggest giving them a call. We are sorry for your inconvenience.

    Ordered a product in December of 2023 from a catalog. Waited several months and then called company. They stated it was taking a while to get the product in stock. Called again several weeks ago because the check was cashed by them. They stated it was still out of stock and then hung up the phone.

    ********************** is correct, he placed an order for a product that has unfortunately been on an extended backorder. We apologize for the inconvenience and that our representative didn't provide him more information or options for his order.  ************************** order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued by check and mailed to his address on file.

    I continue to send these inappropriate mailings that coming to my address back to the sender. My husband *********************************** passed away on November 18, 2023 and i have repeatedly requested this type of mail be no longer delivered to this address.Thank you

    We do not want to send mail to people that do not wish to receive it. We have marked this recipient as deceased and marked the address as do not mail. Please note that due to the nature of our mail production schedule it is possible that mail that has already been processed will be delivered. Please allow a few weeks for this change to take effect.

    We have removed from mailing list as requested. As there may be mail that is already in production that we have no way of stopping, please allow a few weeks for it to take full effect. Rest assured mail from our company will stop. We do not want to send mail to people who do not want to receive it, therefore we appreciate you sending us this request.
