    Complaint Against: All Noise Control Orlando, FL Company Name: **********************Amount Paid: $1,462.00 We placed a fully paid order with All Noise Control for acoustic panels and were promised delivery within a few days. Weeks turned into months with no delivery, only repeated excuses. Communication ceased once they received payment.When we finally reached *** (sales **** after calling from a different number since he would never pick up numbers he recognized, he became aggressive and hung up on us mid-conversation several times. He had ignored all prior calls and emails. Both myself and my colleague were treated with open hostility when trying to follow up.After leaving a one-star review detailing our experience, **** **** and *** explicitly told us we would not receive our product unless we removed the review. They are holding our paid product hostage in exchange for silencing our honest feedback.They falsely claimed three delivery attempts were made, despite us being in our office during business hours with camerasthere were no attempts, no tracking number provided, and they refused to provide the shipping companys name. They also sent an email saying there production has delays so how they did try to deliver my panels if they didn't even produce them yet? There story has many holes.We even tried to negotiated with **** ****, offering to remove the review if they delivered by their own deadline. They missed that too. Now they claim the matter is with their "legal" team and still insist the product wont be shipped unless the review is deleted.When we asked for a refund, they refused again-unless the review was removed This behavior is unethical, potentially fraudulent, and unacceptable. At this point, we are left with no product, no refund, and a series of evasive and aggressive responses. Their behavior is not just unprofessionalit borders on extortion We are requesting either a full refund or immediate delivery of the product we paid for.

    We have responded to the client via phone and email.  There were two attempts of delivery by the freight carrier.  Product has been returned to us by the carrier.

    We have responded to the customer directly via phone and email, and have explained there have been production delays due to our raw material supplier has delays in suppling the product to us.  We are currently working with our supplier to resolve this matter and reaching out to new suppliers for the material to make the acoustical panels.

    Yes, they did reach out once at the original date.  They have not shipped the order and there has been no further contact. They do not answer their phone nor respond to voice mail.

    Today is 6/17.

    This organization has not made shipment of the material that they have been paid for and continue to not answer their phones nor return messages.
