    I called to see if they had the car online available VIN: ***************** advertised at $17995 but you can even get a better price. They did so I brought my daughter who saved money to get a car, and I was going to pay the difference. We test drove it and she loved it. We were going to pay cash for the car. The dealer brought the paper that had the cost, and it was $29,019.71. I asked how that can be and was told we have to much in the car you have all these fees you have to pay. This is why car salesman have such a bad reputation situations like this are crazy and insane. I have been asking everyone about this and everyone said this is a rip off and told me to write a review. I waited to cool off a little but can't because every time I show it to someone else, they laugh and are in shock. There should be some law against things like this and not only broke my daughter's heart but wasted half our day, I can't post the paper because I only have a picture of it and has too much of my information on it.

    I was forced into getting a vehicle here by a sales **** I explained to him that I no longer wanted the vehicle He was trying to get me to purchase. I already had a 2022 Nissan Sentra, so he was telling me that there is a better deal that he can get my car payment lower by trading that car in and getting me a 2025 Nissan Altima. After doing the math and I realize that Ill be paying more, I told the manager and the sales *** that I dont feel comfortable going along with the deal because it doesnt make sense mathematically because my old income and my new income now is not the same and I would literally be broke trying to afford a new car. I was then told that I could not leave off the lot with my 2022 Nissan Sentra because it did not have insurance on it ( they made me switch over my insurance on my 2022 Sentra to the new 2025 ****** before even doing the contract or even finding me a bank for the new 2025 car). It was late at night. We were very tired and I explained to them. I dont like making decisions when I am tired and I would like to come back the next day, but they refuse to let me leave with my car and denied me a loaner car. Now Im in this deal with this 2025 car. I am not happy. It has been mishap after mishap And nissan finance is not the way to go. Because of my new income, I was not able to get picked up by a bank for the loan so I am financing through Nissan finance which has been a hot mess since. My car payments have been late every month ever since because I am blocked from the Nissan website, but it doesnt show it on the customer service side and when I call to try to get them to fix it. Please stay away from I-95 Nissan. They are scammers and liars and they mislead you if you do not know much about cars and especially if you are a young woman.

    Sending out fraudulent mailers and elder abuse trying to trick us into filling out permission to check credit without permission. Asked to speak to ** or manager and nobody would identify themselves or give a business card.

    I bought my new Nissan from this place and I have not had anything but a bad experience from the very beginning. The financing process was a nightmare. Nothing that was explained was what it ended up being in the end. I was told that they would take care the title transfer for my car that I traded in and didnt have to worry but needless to say I had to obtain my own new copy of the title from the State of Ohio. I had to resign documents that were not completed the first time.What triggered this review though is that my cars brakes, only being 4 months old, squeaks when I reverse. I made the appointment and went in at the scheduled time and the service gentleman said that they were really behind, which I understand happens and said there isnt anything that can be done because of brake oxidation and to ****** it.He said all cars do it and I know that is just not true. Im 44 years old and have had many cars yet I have never had that problem. He said especially Japanese cars. I just traded in a Japanese car that never did it and it was 20 years old 10 of which was in my possession. Prior to my ownership, my dad purchased it brand new and I bought it from him. Never an issue.I realize that things happen, however, this experience is making regret buying this vehicle from this dealership. If it is in fact true of all Nissans, Im regretting this purchase of this ******** yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. If its a little bit of a drive, make the drive. I will be taking all of my repairs to another dealership.

    Speaks to their customers poorly, lied to about being contacted and followed up with. They're only about money, not into making sure their customers are heard and get what they are looking for. This is the second car I got from them that has issues and I won't be going back. I would hate for someone else to go through what I did.

    By far the worst experience ever. I have been buying cars for 30 years and this was by far my worst experience. They will say anything they need to get you through the door....then everything changes. I explained to the GM , *** that I was reluctant from the beginning based on price however Ally continued to text and said it's end of month and they need to sell cars I sent a screenshot of my offer and she said...(I have the text)that they can beat it. So I go. Of course a lie. I explained to the staff at this point it's not about the car and more about the fact that they manipulated me Then *** the GM mind you, says mame you live in Palm Beach Gardens a mile away... as if...I rearranged my schedule and quite frankly it's none of his business doesn't make it right are they that desperate for customers that they have to stoop that low. who says that to a customer in that position. WOW!!! I've had deals that in the end we would have to agree to disagree and walk away peacefully but the condescending disrespectful demeanor... Should have trusted my instincts.

    I have had extremely bad experience and I believe I have been cheated by Mr.**** who is a sales manager at I95. My final car prices has been manipulated and $1507 was added to vehicle price. They tried to charge $4000 for package that. i can recall exact words of ************** (sales representative) "this is, you know scratches and such" I have refused twice to purchase this package. ******* law states that buyers are not obligated to purchase any extra packages etc. however Mr. **** has taken an advantage of new car buyer and add it to the price anyway reducing it to $1507 he didn't bother to explain.I have contacted them several times to obtain information regarding what I have paid for.I have requested a refund for this package so lets see whats gonna happen.BE CAREFUL dealing with them people!

    I want to WARN the good people of WPB about the Nissan Dealership that is "serving " the community. I purchased a car on Friday, only to discover that the car was infested with ants and smelled like cigarette smoke on Saturday. I called ****, the salesperson, and **** asked if I could come in and have the car bombed with an insecticide. She was well aware of the infestation before she sold it to me as she was not the least bit shocked. I believe they all knew and could care less. I refused as I did not want to interact with these dishonest people AT ALL. Who knows what chemical they would release in a car that I have to spend a substantial amount of time in? I am an ************** Hospice Nurse, a Nurse Educator, and a WAR Time Veteran. I purchased this car because I totaled my car one week prior. As you all know, ***** devastated the community and impacted nurses who decided to stay behind to serve the community, so purchasing a new car was not on my to-do list. Still, I needed a vehicle and went STRAIGHT to this dealership: BIG MISTAKE. I trusted the Nissan dealership because I have NEVER had any issues with this dealership. I remember graduating from nursing school and purchasing my first car from this dealership. It was a seamless transition, so I went back to the dealership to purchase my second new car. I realized that I had been "HAD" as I watched the ant infestation crawl over my car as I drove while serving the community. Never one to make a fuss or complain, I was more than willing to deal with the issue on my own. However, now, I am being harassed and accused of lying by the manager *** and the salesperson **** because of my customer service review. It is my DUTY to make the people of WPB aware of the issue so they may AVOID the same issue. What if I had a baby or small kids? What if someone bought this car with an infant or small child? I was bit by one ant and I broke out in hives, imagine if an infant was bitten. #communitydeservesbetter
