PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE TRICKING/SCAMMING Where to start? First thing, the staff starting from management to their representatives are completely dishonest, lack transparency and have 0 customer service skills. We change cars A Lot, so we are used to the process and negotiations and never had the experience we had with Greenway **** After some negotiations we left the dealership as the numbers were just not on our favor, which it's fine we said thank you and left. We were attended by ******. As we left we received a call from one of the Sales Manager **** and told us to come back as they were able to match the monthly payment we were looking for and to come back to the dealership to go through the purchase. Not even 5 minutes later, ****** comes out and tells us the unit was sold. So we were going to leave once again. The sales ********************* comes out and says that when they received the ** model he would guarantee us and honor the same payment we negotiated with them. He offered us the **Line trim but we explained that we did not want the **Line as we commute and the *** of the **line was too low. **** told us get the **Line today and when the ** comes in stock we will trade-in the **Line and get us in the ** trim level with the same payment guaranteed. He repeatedly told us he would honor the same monthly payment. HE SOLD US A LIE AND TRICKED US INTO BUYING A UNIT THAT DID NOT MEET OUR NEEDS JUST SO THEY COULD GET A SALE.I noticed an ** was in stock. We had been following up with **** for two days were he continued saying I am working on it. On the end, after he told us the unit was now pre-sold we told him we were extremely disappointed on the lack of transparency and would be contacting their corporate office to make them aware of this issue and then **** replies via text saying:"Corporate reviews? Good luck."That's the type of treatment you will receive from them and then tell you basically oh yeah your reviews and complaints means nothing.

I feel very betrayed and mislead. I arrived to the dealership after speaking online with a representative about the car I was interested in the 2022 Kia **** she made an appointment for the same day in the evening. I Drove to the dealer for an 90 mins., I thought it was late but she said she could meet with me at that time but when I got to the dealer she wasn't there and so everything ended up getting rushed and I felt very pressured by who I did meet. When I arrived the person online seemed to not exist and I was greeted by a sales man ****** who informed me that the person I spoke to was "busy with another customer". After testing the car and informing him that I was interested and wanted to know how much it was going to be, I realized that they were asking 20k over the sticker price. When I told this to the sale guy he came back with a different offer stating that it was a slow day and that was the best price they could give me, bring the 20k **** up down to 14k. So now a car that should have been sold to me for 48k was being sold to me for 62K which I think is pretty steep for a ****** I even told the sales guy that I could purchase a *** for that price and he convinced me that because of the technology and demand for the vehicle that was why the price was higher than the sticker price. All lies because after purchasing the car I later found out that I was taken advantage of. As soon as they knew how much money I made they saw dollar signs on my face. Although I can afford the car payment it is not worth what the car was sold to me for. Other people have purchased the car cheaper. They fooled me so don't become one of their victims. I played into their game a fell for it and ended up losing big because the car will lose value while I still am over paying for the vehicle.
