      The owners and customer service people did answer phones and did listen to me but at the end of the day they sold my move to another company that exchanged basically everything I owned midway between ******* and Virginia~ someone elses items and family photos were delivered to me and over one year later Im still remembering/seeing a photo of something that never got to me~ Many many things were stolen or lost~ The original company never tried or simply couldnt contact whoever touched my things last. I was told this was a ********* based family owned business~ I never filed a claim because i work very hard to not put material things before anything in my heart, and it really took a year to realize just how much was lost or stolen~ I would not recommend these movers and honestly cannot say Ive ever had a good moving experience with anyone claiming to be Professional~

      Possibly the worst moving experience Ive ever had. This company created so much stress and hardship by not only delivering our household goods three weeks later that scheduled but also failing to communicate in any way with us about when/where our goods were. They would either send us directly to voicemail or tell us their systems were down, they couldnt get ahold of the driver, they would call us back.which they never did. Not sure how this company is still in business. If you care about your sanity and your belongings do not use this company.

      ***********************, the owner of this company ignored me after a month of sending him images and requests for fixing the great damage that my desk sustained. When he realized I was suing him and the company, he went in hiding, sending the Constable to a permanently closed address not to be served.Graceful Moves does not have a physical address! They list phony places (such as complex buildings and offices leased by the hour) as their "physical address". Be aware, they do not have a single truck with their logo/name, the men working there are very unprofessional. I was told *********************** would contact me within a week regarding of this situation. I have no receipt for my over 2 thousand dollars paid to this company. They are a ghost company. Be aware!

      This company is a huge scam. Don't use them 1. Quote is a lie 2. Want answer the phone because they see your number 3. Can't give you any information on your stuff 4. Movers will have a different price at pick If you don't call them they won't call you. 5. They charge you for crating your tv's when they claim its free 6. They say your things are in a warehouse waiting for a 18 ******* to pick it up 7. No idea on delivery date 8. The amount of boxes you have for pickup will no fit in the space you paid for We had to through away a lot of our things because we had to leave and there was no space on the truck like we were originally told. They get one star because I can't do zero. They are really a horrible company so please avoid them.

      this company was the third of many to call me when i put my info out there and they stood out. no pressure to sign. moved here from buffalo for my pool company i opened in florida. it was the best moving could offer. thanks guys!

      This company is not a moving company. They brokered out my move to a random logistics company who then brokered my move out to a random truck driver. Not only did they damage thousands of dollars of furniture but they said I was only insured for Pennies per pound. They offered my $34 for a $1,200 table even though they said my belongings were insured. Never use a broker and NEVER use a company that only accepts cash or money order before they show you your belongings.

      I moved from Florida to NY to start a new life up there in Rochester. I’m engaged!! So it was a small move like two bedrooms and living furniture and boxes. Got my stuff in two weeks, it was perfect because my fiancé and I got to sight see and explore on our drive up together. Thank you for making my already magical life less stressful! I got to enjoy myself instead of all the moving pains!

      Hi, I had a great experience with Graceful Moving Group. Ive moved about 10 times in my life...every company that picked up my belongings subcontracted out. They were very forth coming with that information and it even said it in the big bold click to accept part that they were coordinating my move, I asked who my carrier was and we were good to go. They did a great job of communicating with me. I moved from ********, ** to **********, ** to be closer to my daughter. Just really appreciated the transparency and thought I would give them 5 stars. Thank you to my rep **** who took great care of me and the support staff. Hope this helps. I read some of these reviews and I just cant believe people dont read. Looks like they had issues with the people that moved their items not Graceful....but just my 2 cents.
