    They really, really, ****. They disappeared with our things and won't return our calls or messages. Can't get a delivery date. We moved in and started buying new. I'm getting ready to unleash legal h*** on them.

    Terrible service and ******************** and ****** are incompetent, dishonest or both. We had the same experience as all the other reviewers. ***** takes an inventory over the phone, and we were very specific with what we had and needed as we had just moved three years prior. He gave us a price we said was too good to be true and he gave us a song and dance about how they were doing a military move to the area and could give us the good price because they needed to get some value from their return trip, yada yadaThen, like so many other people have experienced, we get a call from **** saying we need to pay much more because we have more than we estimated. Sound familiar? ***** takes your verbal inventory but seemingly purposefully underestimates the cubic feet so he can give you the low quote. Then right before the move, when its too late to schedule someone else or get a refund, they give you the real price. I tried to call **** but his number was no longer in service and **** wouldnt respond to my texts after we paid him. ****** in customer service is arrogant and rude. Im sure they will say its our fault and we were off on our inventory but it seems they say that about everyone they work with. And if so many customers are wrong then the company should take steps to fix their process, but thats not the game they are playing. Bottom line: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

    Give this company zero stars worst company to deal with . They are A bunch of scammer. They give you one price then change it when the other guy calls to go over your move. I was quoted $1950 for me move and then got told it will be more cause the first guy didnt do his job and now has to come up with another $2250 plus another $302 for deposit. And then when the movers came the space was nothing fir A 3 bedroom townhouse. So once again had to fork out another $1000 . Before they would start my move and still didnt get everything that I told them that was moving with me. They used another moving company which I have to say I wish I called them directly because they were much better the Trusted and movers the three I spoke was ****, **** and then ****** . When tried reaching the two guys they phone number was no longer in service how convenient! Then spoke with ****** and she was just as bad saying this was wrong and I had too pay more and they just get do it for free. Wasnt asking for free but was saying you need to make it right . Well, as you can see that didnt happen. They know this because this company is A scam they know you cant get another company this fast. My move was 5 days away. The movers at Exclusive moving LLC was good they felt really bad for what happened **** the ******* was very understanding and did as much as he could to help. Spoke ***** and she was fabulous very understanding and just felt bad did get A little discount and she gave me 45 days free storage. If I would have know about them I would have called them for my move. I will be contacting the BBB about Trusted and moving . They are definitely not what there names says Trusted!!! So people be ware of this company. Im sure all there good reviews are false and they had someone write the good reviews so they can scam more people.
