  THIS IS A *******!! ZERO STARS!! First they didn't inform me they were brokers and not an actual moving company, They took my 1600 to find me a reputable moving company then once they stuck me with a horrible moving company my new fee was doubled and the `1600 wasnt even accounted for. They are not responsive and have horrible customer service. If you sign anything with them just know the moving company will provide completely different documents and anything Safeway tells you will not align with the moving company. The company they stuck me with was horrible, unprofessional, took too long to deliver items, unresponsive and rude. THEY ARE ******** AND STEALING YOUR MONEY!!! I want my money back. The entire experience was so incredibly horrible. They are not running a business but a ****. They should not be able to get away with this.

  Scammed! We lost over $1,000 to this company. They sent a different mover, ********************** who over doubled our estimate! We sent them away and tried to get our deposit back but couldnt because Safeway claimed they held up their end by connecting us with a mover. They are thieves!

  Do not use this "service". They will get you into a non binding estimate, then jack it up continuously. I mean by thousands of dollars by the time you get your household goods delivered. If I could give them a negative star I would.

  This is a scam. i had planned on moving from ** to ** in a few weeks, needing a single truck. Safeway Relocation Services gave me a good quote and said if I could pay a 30% deposit they would hold the estimate. If I cancelled w/in 3 days, I would get me all $$ back. This is in writing. I paid the deposit of $2748.00 and they deposited it. Due to unforeseen circumstances I quickly realized I could not move. Less than *************************************** writing, as per the contract. No one will return my calls or email - calls are directed to an "after hours" message, even during the day, emails are ignored. I feel like a fool, and am furious. Please advise.

  Contracted Safeway for a move from **** to *******. Later I fine that they contracted the move to another company out of ********. At that point ******* could not be reached, he told me to work through customer after assurance of his availability. Long story short, I have missing items, a few were a total lost delivered in a pile with moving blankets, destroyed by this company. All sorts of damage to furniture. I'm out of thousands of dollars. If I could rate a -10 I would. Business practice is the worst. no wonder Safeway isn't BBB accredited.

  I helped *********************************** find a moving company to help her to move to ******, *********. I queried the internet for "Two Men and a Truck" and this company came up. I spoke to *********************, who prepared the contract, *******. The moving truck showed up on Tuesday the 22nd of November, a day late. The two workers, ****** Movers, were ***, the boss, and *******, the worker. *** started the day by cursing and yelling obscenities at *******. ******* asked if we had anything for breakfast, they spent the night in *********, ********** and did not eat breakfast. ******* cooked them a breakfast of fresh eggs and fresh bacon. I bought them sandwiches, cokes and chips for lunch and breaks. ******* loaded the truck while *** explained the paperwork to *******. He said "his boss having trouble getting her credit card to work" so ******* gave them $5,000.00 cash. *** said he would be back on Sunday, 11/27, but again never showed up and doesn't answer his phone. ******* gave them $2700.00 up front and $5000.00 when *** and ******* picked up the load. I'm going to file this with the Better Business Bureau in ******, as ********** well. I'm positive these companies are not legitimate and would like to go after them with the local or state Attorney Generals. ********************* 505

  Thank you for making us aware of this. We were completely unaware- as no one contacted our customer service. We do appreciate the food given to the crew! We will take this into account so that we could better our services in the future!
