  BBB files contain a pattern of generally allege from consumers that allege issues with billing and service. Specifically, consumers allege that the price increased on the day of moves after agreement was made. In addition, consumers allege goods were delivered late and/or damaged.
  
  On June 17,2021 BBB sent correspondence to Priceline Logistics, LLC requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer generally allege.
  
  On June 30, 2021 Priceline Logistics, LLC responded to BBB stating the following: Priceline Logistics provides only an "Estimate" of the move cost, and should the customer have additional volume and items to move the actual day of moving the motor carrier is required to provide a revised written estimate to the customer for their approval before proceeding with any loading of goods. The customer must acknowledge the additional items and price and agree to the revision in writing before any changes to the original estimate can be amended. Many customers do not notate the full inventory of their move during the virtual, or over the phone estimate and any increases in pricing would be a direct reflection of items not previously billed for or notated on the Brokers Estimate.
  
  Additional generally allege mention late delivery and damaged goods; however, Priceline Logistics does not physically move household items during any point in the relocation process and Priceline Logistics is merely a shipping coordinator who pairs a shipper with a licensed and insured Motor Carrier. While we understand that delays and damage can be extremely frustrating, Priceline Logistics extends to its customers a fully staffed customer service team who are available Monday through Saturday to open lines of communication with the motor carrier, and advocate on behalf of the customer to the Motor Carrier to obtain up to date information on a shipper's goods, or transit time.
