  I had the worst moving expierence with this company. I would not recommend them at all. I wish I had done my research better, but I fell victim to the sales pitch and did not do my due diligence. When I told custimer service that I was contacting the BBB, they said go ahead. OK well know I am. As with the other reviews, quoted one price and charged way over the amount. At the time of the pick up, the over charge was to be paid in only cash or apple pay. Pack Men (*****) despite his good sales pitch, suddenly became unavailable when I called about my concern.

  Our records show the crew arrived and your items were bigger then what was estimated. They also said some items could not be stacked on to ensure they did not get damages in route to you. There were other methods of pick up which you were advised. As for your sales representative, they no longer have access to your file to help with any issues after the booking process. That is why we have a full time support staff.

  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They will give you a price on the phone and will NEVER tell you about all the undisclosed fees AND if you try to CANCEL you will NOT get your Money back.

  We do not only go over the fees with you but they are also listed on the contracts you signed under additional fees. If you cancel outside of the cancelation agreement that you signed for the deposit is non-refundable as cost still need to be allocated for.

  Out of the half dozen moves I've done in life, this is the best experience I've ever had moving. Very communicative, phenomenal price, and they followed through with everything included on the contract. Life saver!

  We had a really good experience with everyone we worked with. ***** explained everything good. They wrapped everything good with no damage. All the people were nice to work with! Highly recommend!!

  This was an absolutely awful experience. They seemed friendly enough at first and gave a moving quote and exactly how things were going to be handled. They then proceeded to subcontract me to one of the worst moving companies I have ever dealt with. They ended up wasting 4 days of my time with missed deadlines and zero communication and overcharging me by over $1000 on my quote. I pleaded with them hoping they would fix the mistake and get some of my money back and they did nothing. I would recommend that people use any other company. Worst customer service experience of my life.

  A warning to others..It wasn't clear to me that this company is a broker agency. I am a 67 year old woman and thought the large amount of money I paid them for my move was the total expense. There were expenses added on later; such as the person the did a phone walk through with me to itemize all my belongings, charged me $200. When the movers came to move me I found out I was paying them separately. All in all a beginning quote of $4500 actually cost me approx. $12,000! Needless to say I was sick to my stomach about this but my house was sold & had to move. Please be aware this company does not inform you that they are brokers (it is in fine print buried in the contract, that they push for you to accept immediately over the phone by offering a discount) & what you pay them DOES NOT go towards the moving company fees.

  Moving is stressful in general however these guys are super knowledgeable and get the job done! They went through all my belongings to make sure I had enough space and I'm extremely happy with their services! Everything arrived on time and in great shape+

  Pack Men Movers USA are a fkn scam! They double, even triple the amount of the original estimate, and tell you that you've taken up more space in their truck then your deposit paid for. So... with no furniture, just boxes, the ***** that we agreed to, turned into over ***** bucks once the movers came to pick up the boxes. The mover was aggressive and demanding! I was afraid he would take all my boxes off the truck, so in conjunction to the deposit, I have them ***** more dollars AND he told me to give him and the other a "little something" for not telling the company that my boxes "went over the space count". I contacted the company afterwards and they lied just as much as the movers. I told them they could keep the boxes. I wasn't giving them another cent. Suddenly, there wasn't a need for anymore funds from me. When my boxes arrived, they were filthy, damaged, and full of bugs. I had to throw most of my belongings out and call an exterminator to fumigate. Fkkkk YOU PACK MEN MOVERS! For stealing my hard earned money and giving the SHITTIEST service I've seem in my life! This company should be investigated immediately!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They rescheduled the pick up date 3 times which delayed my closing. Then they charged almost triple for the move once the truck was packed. And then they said my stuff would be delivered 7/2 and as of today 7/9 our stuff is still sitting in the same place we left it 900 miles away. So now were in our new house across the country with no furniture or anything. This place is a nightmare and I wouldnt encourage my worst enemy to give them business. AWFUL. STAY AWAY!

  Pack Men moving company is a scam. I had a representative give me an over the phone estimate. Once the moving company arrived my charges increased by $2500 and they stated my estimate was under estimated poorly. Go figure...and they leased by move out to a third-party moving company and I was not told. I was told they were using their professional movers.
