1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a move in date of 7/31 and it is 8/25 with no updates on where my stuff is. They have no provided me any update at all and worried this company is a scam. They are going to be out of compliance with the *** and they don't even care. Do not use this company. I've been nothing but patient but it has been a month...I've had to buy things and they have not offered reimbursement. Terrible customer service and they haven't even done their job yet.Review fromRima M

5 stars****** ******, ***** were the most amazing movers. Not only were they extremely professional, they were so pleasant to work with. This is truly a very hard move for my mom and they filled the day with kindness and laughter and most of all they understood this was a very traumatic experience for her. Thank you Safebound for this fabulous crew. I recommend this company highly to anyone who needs a moving service.

1 starI had a horrible experience with Safebound Moving Company during my cross-country move. A few days before pickup, my scheduled time was changed from early morning to noon, which I agreed to. On the day of pickup, no one showed up on time, and my calls went unanswered. The movers finally arrived at 8:00 PM unannounced, claiming they didnt know about the noon appointment. I was told my belongings would arrive within 21 business days, but poor communication and unreturned calls stretched the delivery to 38 days. Despite promises of compensation, I was initially offered only $140far less than the $20/day for delays stated in the contractand after pushing back, received just $200. I spent over five weeks without my furniture or essentials, paying rent for a place I couldnt live in, and relying on friends for space. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and fails to honor its commitments. Communication stops once they get your deposit, and the entire process was stressful and costly. I would never hire them again and strongly advise others to stay away.Review fromLinda F

1 starThis company is shady. They did my move in February. They did not deliver all my items. Jewelry and jewelry box missing, a whole tote of designer purses, and a linen closet of a ton of bath and body products. This company picked up ALL my items but conveniently items worth $$ are missing. They have giving me the around on finding my items are rude about. They no compassion. It is clear items were either stolen, misplaced or lost in their warehouse. They absolutely do mot care and are doing nothing to fix this.
