1 starIf you're looking for the company with the least integrity in the space, you've found it.Thousands of dollars worth of items in "air-conditioned" long-term storage were delivered with extensive mold and mildew. They then had the audacity to try and blame it on us.Told them I was simply looking for the cost of replacement for the items, went through their claims process, and had to chase them down for months to get a response. Ultimately came back with an offer of 40% of the value. I let them know I would not accept it and they said the offers off the table, nothing else you can do then.The ironic part about all of this is that if you're put on hold with them (which you will be), their hold music talks all about how they "treat your belongings as if they were their own," how "integrity is a key value held by the company," and that "your belongings are stored securely in our air-conditioned warehouses."This company and its leadership is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.Review fromSarah B

1 starBEWARE OF SAFEBOUND MOVING COMPANY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!I had a terrible experience with Safebound Moving Company. I gave them a clear, detailed list of all the items to be moved, and they provided a written estimate. However, on moving day, they tried to charge me more than double the quoted amount.There were no changes in the volume or furniture they simply tried to take advantage of the situation when it was too late to find another option. It was obvious this is a predatory tactic to inflate the price at the last minute.This company is dishonest and unprofessional. They do not honor their estimates, and their practices are deceptive.We are looking for our money back sent as a deposit I DO NOT RECOMMEND SAFEBOUND MOVING COMPANY. Save yourself the stress and find a trustworthy mover instead.Review fromRahdames V
