  Probate cash takes care of your concerns and struggles like a family , if you need to be able to get through to the next phase of your life. Me and mine were unsure how we was going to make it and they made it all possible. I have all faith in them and recommend probate cash you will be happy you did .   They did have good customer service at first . On 6/25 /24. I did a loan for $10000 and had to to put a check for $20000 knowing there would a rebate . On 12/4 court was over and I had to write out 9 more checks for other bills. All other checks cleared by 12/9 except probate cash it cleared 12/30 costing me not just $5000 but $7500. I was told the check went to ******* to process I asked to have that information then told it was ***** Fargo and my lawyer was told they miss place it . I tried to communicate or compromise but that is when customer service GONE

  The contract between Ms. ****** and ProbateCash was very clear.  ProbateCash had to receive her payment by December 22, ********************* ****** to be entitled to the rebate she references.  ProbateCash received the check on December 30, 2025 from her lawyer, 8 days past the due date.  ProbateCash never misplaced Ms. ****** check.  In fact, ProbateCash contacted Ms. ****** lawyer on December 19 asking about payment and her lawyer advised he was still waiting for the probate Judge to authorize payment.  ProbateCash then advised that Ms. ****** payment could be sent electronically or by overnight mail to expedite payment.  Instead, the check was mailed to ProbateCash without a tracking number nor by priority or overnight mail.  ProbateCash acted professionally and even attempted to work with Ms. ****** attorney  to expedite timely payment.  Of course, ProbateCash wished the payment had been received timely and we did everything we could to facilitate timely payment from her lawyer.  ProbateCash understands this isnt the result or response Ms. ****** was hoping for, but its correct under the circumstances of what actually transpired.

  'Phenomenal' is the only appropriate way to describe the service I recently received from ***********************. He was empathetic, patient, extremely kind and caring and of course, efficient . He gave me a clear explanation of all facets of the process, ensuring that I fully understood what was needed. He always answered my questions which enabled me to have a high comfort level at all times. He willingly worked with my lawyer when necessary. ***** kept me updated at every step and all the way through to a successful end, What an asset he is to his firm.
