I took out an inheritance advance in July 2023 and paid it back in full on January 11th 2024. I paid it back before the 180 day timeframe and am due a refund that was supposed to be paid out to me within 30 days. I have contacted the business several times only to be ignored. I would like to file a complaint and Im requesting my refund due to me. I have included correspondence with the company as well as the paper saying if it was less than 180 days my price was only $9750 so I am due $2600 back out of the $12,350 I paid to them in January 11th. The customer was provided the payoff statement. Our company was repaid. We sent the customer instructions and a form for her to fill out in order to get her rebate.
She didnt complete that form and get it back to us until yesterday 2/26/2024. Her rebate was delayed waiting for her rebate funding instructions to be signed and sent back to us. Now that we have it she will get her rebate within 5 business days.

I was not ever given refund instructions UNTIL I notified BBB. As soon as you got in contact with them suddenly I got an email with my instructions. Of course as soon as I soon as I received the email I completed the document and have received my refund. I will not take the blame for them NOT contacting me until now. What person in their right mind refuses to fill out a document to receive money they are owed? I accept that this is closed now that I am paid but will not agree to their statement. Please have them send you a copy of the sent email that I supposedly disregarded.Customer response

The company has sent me 5 solicitations for loans against future inheritance since the death of a family member in June of 2023. After receiving the second notice in July, I called the company and asked to be put on their do not contact list. I also asked them not to send any more letters. Since then I've received an additional 3 mailings. I find their practices highly distasteful soliciting people who just lost a loved one.Business response

We apologize that these marketing materials have upset you. This service has helped many people over the years. We have helped heirs save their estate homes, fix up the estate homes and get them ready for sale, pay for funeral cost, and pay for unexpected bills during the probate process.
The probate process is very tough on families. They not only have lost a love one but sometimes they really need to get some liquidity during this process. We never mean to upset anyone only help.
We will take you off our mailing and contact list. Please allow for at least 30 days as campaigns are cycled through every month. Again, we apologize for upsetting you.

My trust fund went missing and every bank account that I had all at the same time they were all even allowed to use loan companies such as this one and I've called several times I even have access to the account numbers and don't know how to access the money? When I call they have my information and I let them know identity thieves have been stealing my inheritance and non- profit, ***, pod/itf , and others most were turned to Bitcoin and moved through API transactions that I don't even know how to use. Can you supply me with my records and transaction history please. .Business response

I sent this letter to the company directly and notified the Probate court of **********, ** of this company misrepresenting their business as connected with the Palm Beach probate court. Advanced Inheritance **************************************************************************************************** July 17, 2023 ******,Please regard this letter as a formal notice that I do not want to receive any more unsolicited and predatory flyers from you or Advanced Inheritance. I have now received 3 of these deceitful letters in which you misrepresent yourselves as connected with the probate court of *******. Your practice of showing Pay to the order of through the address window and stamping Probate Documents Enclosed or Final Probate Distribution on the envelope is fraudulent. I have called the Probate court in ******* and informed them of how you have contacted us, and they have made it clear that you are in no way connected with them. They have suggested I have my lawyer file a harassment lawsuit if this continues. I would add that my sister, ***************************, has also been annoyed with these fliers and may send you a comparable notice. If I get one more of these, you will hear from my lawyer. March 31, 2023 I recieved a letter from Inheritance Advanced Solutions, my Grandfather passed away on August 20, 2022, I know I'm supposed to sell a third of his house, but probate's already dealt with.Business response

Beginning this year, this company has been sending me letters in the mail asking me to accept probate services from them. My father passed in October, 2020, and I have already settled his estate with my family and do not have any lingering business. I called their number in September 2022 and left them a voicemail asking them to close a case and identification number they gave me, and to not send any mail or contact me via phone. This did not stop them from attempting to call me in October 2022, and they have continued to send me three letters since that call. I received a letter in the mail today, deceptively and incorrectly titled as "Hurricane Probate Relief Program" on the envelope, but the inside contents continued to ask me for my patronage with my father's estate. The title of this letter is extremely questionable too since I do not live in nor have I ever lived a state that is affected by hurricanes, and neither have my family or any deceased family members. This business is predatory, and I want them to stop contacting the families of deceased people to use their services, and to addtionally stop sending deceptive mail if this is a new practice of theirs.Business response

We will ensure that this person is removed from our mailing list. As to us being a predatory company, it could not be further from the truth. If they took the time and reviewed our website they would see many customer testimonials where we helped so many people in difficult positions. We have helped customers save their homes from foreclosures, helped many people have the liquidity to actually fix up the homes inside the estate, pay for outstanding estate liabilities and even in some cases help with the funeral expenses for their loved ones. We understand this is a very tough time for people going through probate and they have lost a loved one. We also understand they may not need our service but for those who do it is invaluable. We hope this customer accepts our deepest sympathy for their loss and again, we will remove them from our marketing outreach programs.Initial Complaint

This company just won't quit. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling and stop sending mail solicitations but they continue. My dad died in April 2020. His probate has been settled already and money distributed. In any case we had no need for the services this company provides and yet they continue pestering us. Why won't they stop even after I told them it is a waste of their time? Just stupid I guess. I want ALL mail and phone solicitations to stop.Business response

My father died April 6, 2020. He had a relatively small amount of money left and my brother neglected to title it properly so it went to a Probate proceeding. Since the Probate was filed, this company has incessantly bombarded me and my 3 brothers with phone calls and mail soliciting their services. We have told them on multiple occasions that we are NOT interested. My brother filed a Haggsted petition with the court, which was successful so we have NO NEED for this company's services yet they STILL are calling and sending junk mail solicitations to all of us. This is harassment, plain and simple.Business response
