    I bought a 2ml bottle of peptide in February and the bottle lasted me 6 months. Tringali Health's outsourced pharmacy (name unkown) sent me a new bottle for $595. I opened it for the first time today after receiving it in early August and there isn't enough liquid in it to last me even 1 month.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to provide clarity regarding the events surrounding the patient’s concern about their tirzepatide medication.

    The patient ordered a 2ml vial of tirzepatide on July 23, 2024. Approximately two months later, on September 18, 2024, the patient reached out to our office, stating that the vial was not filled correctly, claiming it contained less than the prescribed amount. She provided an image of the vial, which we attached to her file.

    Upon investigation and communication with the pharmacy, it was confirmed that the correct amount of medication was dispensed. The pharmacy verified the fulfillment process, and based on the image the patient submitted, there was no indication of a discrepancy in the quantity of the medication provided.

    Our staff interacted with the patient multiple times to address her concerns. It was noted that the patient admitted to dosing the tirzepatide incorrectly, extending the use of her previous vial over an unusually long period. Despite this, she believed the new vial did not contain the full amount, though she had been in possession of the medication for two months prior to raising this issue.

    We understand the patient is frustrated, and we are committed to providing the highest level of care and support. To move toward a resolution, we have offered to review her dosing plan and ensure that she understands the proper administration of her medication going forward. While the pharmacy confirmed that the correct amount was dispensed, we are willing to work with the patient on any other concerns she may have regarding her care.
