      Being a high-risk pregnancy there's honestly not many options even in South *******. But what a completely awful experience and frankly an unbelievable mess they have caused! Established care and confirmed my pregnancy here early Sept 2023. Was diagnosed with a miscarriage from an third party urgent care on 9/18 after having some troubling symptoms and turned to them as the expert OBGYN second opinion. On 9/19 visited with NPR ***** where they never even performed a single test basically confirming a misdiagnosed miscarriage! They simply went off someone else's test results that was transparently an urgent care facility only. They even had the nerve to suggest I schedule a D&C to remove the fetus! Only to find out a few weeks later at a later appointment I was still indeed pregnant!!! The ultrasound Tech was in complete shock.They put my family on an absolute's awful rollercoaster of emotions and confusion. Caused incredible pain to my family especially my young children. I know they're very busy with a high volume of new patients, but I don't care that no excuse! The duty of care was breached by simple negligence of basic due diligence. On top of that they sent me a certified letter threatening discharging from there practice because they could not keep track of what I had already paid in advance! contradicting their own contractile terms! Do yourself and your baby a favor and seek care somewhere else! To add insult to injury they've now terminated me as a patient because I spoke the truth and have also not refunded the pre delivery payments of nearly $900 even though they will never actually deliver my baby. They hired some lawyer who called my husband and questioned him defending me, his wife!!!!!. This business needs a major reckoning.

      I transferred prenatal care to this office and they are just slow and have poor communication when it comes to handling my medical paperwork. Ive had to call my pcp and insurances to get referrals and press approvals when the LEAST they could have done was expedited it. Ive missed my 20week check up and have YET to be seen Im now 24 weeks pregnant. Now I have an appointment scheduled 5/19/23 the supervisor ******* calls me today 5/18/23 to TERMINATE me as a patient because of my negative ****** review rather than FIX the issues. *** reached out to her director ******* to understand their drastic decision but she has yet to return my missed call.
